This location sucks, no drive thru and they don't have a menu. I don't get this concept, it's stupid. The employees were nice. I like to put my cream and sugar in my drink by self and they don't have that available.

The new to go starbucks location is so fun! It's much less hectic than ordering in person and cleaner and calmer. It's sad to miss the seating and cafe vibes but it's a great option for to go drinks on the corner. Kind of feels like a modern futuristic setup for some reason too. Spaceship vibes? Would recommend!!

Different from other starbucks but provide same if not better quality. Mostly pick up only online order but you can also go to the store and order as they have everything like other starbucks store. The stores is clean.Parking: Have a good parking space in front of the store

This is a mobile order and pick-up location, which advertises itself as being a "game changer, time saver, and day maker," but it was none of those. Before leaving my house I placed my order and when I arrived the building and parking lot was full of people all complaining about having been there for thirty minutes. Welp, after having been here for about thirty minutes waiting myself one of the baristas asked the room who has been waiting the longest and prioritized our orders. The people working here are doing their best but the system makes no sense: in the app you can't cancel your order, and you have no idea where you are in the queue because the board just displays the names of orders in alphabetical order, so you don't know how long it'll take. Multiple people were saying they were going to be late to work. The employees here are excellent and doing their best but the mobile order pick up concept does not work for workday mornings - I would avoid it!!Parking: Parking is non-existent, being just a few spots in front of the building, and if you park there it's impossible to get back onto the main road unless you're going towards campus.

New to my area and only $10 in my pocket I was determined to try one of those damn drinks that I've now created a category for on Pinterest! I walked 1.3 miles adventuring my new town and finally arrived at Starbucks ? I don't remember his name but super helpful chipper and bubbley swag. I ended up going with a Mango Dragon fruit refresher with lemonade base and it was beyond refreshing for a beverage and easy on my pockets too. It's colors were exactly like the picture saved that reeled me in made me wonder how a drink could look so REFRESHING and it happened to matched my outfit too! ✔️ That drink off my must try list can't wait for the next!

How cool! They're in a spot that has only 3 parking spaces but is right by the bus stop and across from UVA Health and the Children's Hospital. It was super easy because I always try to order ahead anyway, but it's like a benefit to your job if you worked there! We stayed in The Draftsman Hotel that's kitty corner to this Starbucks and it's a selling point for me to go and stay at that hotel (which is great, btw!) They made the wrong drink for my order but there were 3 drinks, so accidents happen and they still get 5 stars! I'll be back and y'all need to download the app - if there's a coffee/hot chocolate drinker out there that doesn't already have it!
