Went to this starbucks and through the drive thru. I knew I wanted food but wasn't quite sure what. Rocky at the cashier was super helpful and patient! They answered all my questions and even gave recommendations. I was very grateful...I would have taken way longer to order my food as I was getting another persons order on a call. They were great! Even though I didn't want a coffee they still offered me water and even loaded me up with napkins and hot sauce and everything. This Starbucks is lucky to have them.

I feel like this was 90% ice and 10% coffee, I ended up finishing this drink within less than five minutes. I have ordered from other Starbucks, same drink, and they usually give me the actual coffee itself, but this…? This was just messed up and I feel like I should warn people about this. I feel ripped off. This was not worth the money we spent.

No indoor seating so we tried the walk-up service. The waiting area has no shade and service was disorganized. The crew must be too new to know what they are doing. Waited 15 minutes by the order window in the heat for ice caramel macchiato only to find that it was sitting ready right inside but no one ever bothered to hand it to me. Maybe the drive-thru service is better but I would definitely not recommend the walk-up service.
I stopped here for my morning coffee (along my vending route) and I couldn’t have been more grateful for the outstanding quality of service I received. I was greeted by an employee, by the name of Addie who was very warm, professional, and told me about her rafting adventures.
I also was extremely impressed with another employee, by the name of Mary. She was also very warm, hospitable, and went out of her way to make the coffee just right for me.
To upper management, please take notice of these two outstanding employees and share your acknowledgment with them. It’s only because of good people like these who make my mornings 1,000% better, but make me want to return in the future.
