The service was good but I don't understand why some tables couldn't be out for customers. There is plenty of space to accommodate social distancing. I would have preferred to sit for a minute with my drink and relax after hours of shopping.
In my opinion This is the best Starbucks Team in Charlottesville !! I come here almost every day and They’re always so precise and if they make a mistake they are extremely kind about remaking the order! They even gave me $4 off as compensation for my wait! You guys rock! Keep up the awesome work!
Starbucks is Starbucks...right? Nope. Not even close. This is the ONLY Starbucks that we enjoy going to in the Charlottesville area. It is always clean and the staff are always friendly. We went in Sunday evening about 8:30 PM (they close at 9) and we did not feel rushed. We ordered and were served swiftly and kept an eye on the clock to make sure to leave before they were locking up.
