I walked in at 8:25, and although I didn't know how close it was to closing time (8:30) the large neon sign outside said open. There were no employees waiting by the counter and the young man who I did see didn't bother getting up from his chair and barely looked away from his phone to point and tell me they were closed. I understand it is annoying to have to make food that close to closing time, but he did not even bother asking how he could help me- I very well could have wanted something that required no prep (a drink, chips, cookie, etc.) . If you are going to close turn off the open sign and lock up.

i've been ordering from this subway for years, they've always taken coupons. Upon arrival i ordered a spicy italian sub (my usual) , the sub was good but the oil was a little too much. Upon paying i presented my coupon i was told they no longer accepted coupons at all subway stores, i've always used coupons and coupons are sent in the mail so i'm rather confused on when and why they longer accept coupons.

I've ordered twice from this Subway location. In both instances, the subs and ingredients were top-notch. Accurately prepared, fresh ingredients, tasted great.The first time visiting, however, the cookie order was incorrect. All 8 total cookies were included, however some of the types were inaccurate.I submitted an online restaurant experience form via Subway's website and heard back from the location's owner extremely quickly, in no more than an hour. The owner apologized for the inaccurate cookie order, said he would pass along feedback to his staff, and offered to fulfill the correct cookie order free of charge at my next visit. He did just that the next time I came; all the cookies I had ordered at my previous visit were provided as they were ordered for free. The subs and the cookies were equally delicious the second time around.I highly recommend this location: The ingredients are great, the subs are great, and ownership is extremely kind and clearly cares about the customer.

My picture taken at 8:24pm on today Sunday November 6 and I walk in and they give me some hand signal that meant closed... Not sure why but their sign says 9pm. Just came down from the fire dept to get a quick sub and they apparently close early.. not coming back to this one
