I went there a couple of times when my wife and I used to live on Fifth Street in Charlottesville. Honestly, they weren't the most efficient, but they did their best and were absolutely friendly.

Send the foreign pple back or shut that store down food was Buckingham awful

I had a wonderful experience at my local Subway! The boy and girl working were so friendly and really took the time to help me. I asked them to make their own sandwich, they recommended chicken and i said to make a spicy Indian-style sandwich with rotisserie chicken, and it turned out amazing and delicious! It's spicy though. The place was clean, and their genuine enthusiasm for what they do really made my visit special. I’ll definitely be back again!

I really like going to this subway, the people there are absolutely amazing. My order is always made perfectly. I think one of the best parts is occasionally they'll make a smiley face with my protein bowl I'm not gonna lie. I was having a bad day, but that little smiling face with tuna, tomato, and olives smiling at me really made my day! (I order from them a lot, and I have had no issues with any of my orders) Plus my birthday was 09/27 I didn't really talk to anyone that day(work nights) and I ordered because I was rushing to get into work and this is one of the healthiest fast food options, but the gentleman working gave me two cookies and told me happy birthday might sound small, but that made my birthday(only part missing was the candle in the cookies).

I visited at 9:50 still the staff refused and everything was packed up and cleaned. Please change the timings if you can't serve because of less customers. Nobody will come if this is the service here

When we went in there were around 15 customers and one employee. Absolutely disrespectful of ownership to schedule one employee for dinner hours. That poor employee did a great job but was fighting for her life.

Do not order the Meatball marinara sub! The sauce is watered down and separate from the meatballs. It’s literally only red colored water over the meatballs. Just awful ?
