If you want to take a healthy treat and make it unhealthy with the toppings, then Sweet Frogs is the place for you. I'm almost 40 and put mini gummy bears on mine. Soon, like me, this will be the highlight of your day.

Manager was very unprofessional after I told her that one of her employees was cussing at people in the shopping center and letting her friend speed to where someone could get hurt. I went back for my frozen yogurt and the same girl who was cussing had to ring me up. Her manager then proceeded to come in to my place of business and ban me because she said that I made her employee feel uncomfortable and that I snatched a receipt from her, WHILE we had guest ordering food from us. She wouldn't let my manager get a word in at all and even though she made it clear she wanted to talk to my manager, I was the only one she was talking to. Bad management, bad employee.

Unfortunately, this was the most stomach turning Sweet frog I have been to. Floors had toppings on them, walls were dirty, toppings were mixed with each other. High chairs were dirty and tables were dirty. The worker had her kids there. They were allowed behind the counter one who was picking her nose and then sticking her finger in her mouth. I could go on but you get the picture. I will not be coming back here. Very sad because I love sweet frog.
This is a great place to eat some good frozen yogurt. Friendly staff nice and clean just love it

this sweet frog has come a long away in a short period of time. The employees are well mannered the store is cleaner and smells cleaner as well... the yogurt taste like the machines are cleaned like they are supposed to......the new supervisor is very nice she goes above and beyond for the customers if something isn't right she fixes it immediately whoever hired her you hit on the nose we love her and how she keeps the store fresh and clean

This sweet frog is very hit or miss from my experience, I've been a couple of times and they have been out of all but 3 flavors a few times before. The staff can be a bit off Standish too, one time in particular another customer asked the staff if they were planning to put more flavors in and the staff member replied that she had to clean the machines first and then proceeded to go back to staring at her phone, while customers walked out having not made purchases.

It's a good place the new manager is awesome it was our daughters birthday the other day and we Missed the mall and had to bring our pizza to the store she allowed us to do so and she also gave our daughter a free cup when it was time for yogyrt..... she goes above and beyond for the customers and we appreciate it so much thanks for getting this one right we hope she sticks around........ instead of playing music she said plays Netflix all day and sometimes allows the children to pick the next thing to watch she is just great and we love her
