Mine and my wife's go to place when we want a cold sweet. Im lactose intolerant, but can handle yougurt based products alright. That's great considering how great Sweet Frog is. The staff is also awesome here as well.The only downside is how expensive their product has become over the years. I remember being able to get a large cup filled to the brim for $10 back in 2014. Now doing the same with a medium cup is like $17. If it wasn't for the exorbitant pricing, this place would he an easy 5/5.

The person at the registers was not very welcoming. They don't have sample cups. Our froyo melted very quickly, idk if their machines were not cold enough but I know it shouldn't turn to soup after 5 minutes. Disappointed.

Went there today cause son had an appt. In Charlottesville, Not like the one in Winchester, few choices, which were very watery and sour taste, not good flavor to it. Could not eat it, neither could husband or my kids. All said tasted funky.

The place was very clean. COVID protocols are still very in order here.The issue I have is... There is no middle sized cup. I didn't hold the little cups but the little cup seemed about 4oz. Which is a decent size, but it just doesnt feel like there would be any room for toppings. On the other hand, the large size has to be 4x the size of the small!When I went to pay, I really thought the woman said $7.30. I was paying cash, so I asked her, "you said thirty cents?" I heard "yes, seven and thirty cents."When I gave her exact change. She looked at me and said, "this is only $7".Well it was $27.30 for the 2 of us to get frozen yogurt.

One of the workers “Steven” was extremely rude!!! He would mumble, get mad at me for not understanding the credit card machine, and didn’t ask my daughter what spoon she would like. I will not support this business while boys like him work there, also crazy overpriced. 5 small cups ended up being $40!!! that’s a nice dinner out but instead all we got was froyo with stale toppings
