The worst service I have ever had. I stood at the counter for almost 10 min waiting for a drink that they forgot, then had to wait for them to look back at my order to prove that I had a drink.

Staff has poor attitude, usage of foul language can be heard across whole restaurant and I watched 3 people walk in after me and receive their food before me when I ordered the 2 most simple things on the menu and my total wasn’t even. $10. Waited over 30 mins just about. Absolutely ridiculous.

First of all: you can barely understand the person through the drive-thru speaker. Second: the girl at the drive-thru -- once I made it to the window -- was very friendly and gave very good service. Third: once I got home and opened my package I found the Mexican pizza to be a big giant mush of refried beans leaking out the side of the box and filling the whole bottom of it. The tacos had refried beans smeared on the outside of the shell and just tasted off. Fourth: the check-in for rewards at the drive-thru did not work on the phone, it kept giving you a retry option over and over so you weren't actually able to select check-in to earn more rewards.

Theres a larger woman with tattos who works the drive through at night, specifically 9/13 around 10:20 pm who is absolutely rude and extremely unwelcoming every time I come through the drive thru. Change attitude or get a different job ain't nobody make you work at taco bell. Food comes out like a mess everytime she seems to be workin, just thrown together broken tacos and modifications ignored.
The woman taking orders at the drive thru on 9/1/25 at 3:00pm was so poorly mannered we decided to leave without completing our order. First she was annoyed that we didn't begin ordering the second we pulled up. Then she was annoyed that we told her our order too quickly.

There was 3 familys ahead in the lobby and we were not addressed or helped we were ingored we left after 15 miniuts and the other familys were not helped while we were there at 7:23pm
