I came through the drive through and ordered a CT casadilla a hard taco and the nachos with guac and there was a young Caucasian girl and a heavy set African American, I asked if they could add on a couple beef supreme tacos and they said they couldn't do it at the drive thru. Then when the Caucasian girl handed me the bag I opened it and looked like the chips and everything was thrown in there ...that was poor customer service I feel like

9 months pregnant and paid for a trip to Taco bell yesterday. We all know it's an upcharge for steak! I ordered a steak chalipa and steak crunch wrap with extra cheese. No extra nacho cheese was on it and the chalupa was completely missing. I also order two chicken flatbread with no chicken and ask for it to be grilled. They gave me it with chicken and steamed no grill. After 2 hours I get home to my kids finally get some relax and eat only to see that I didn't have all my food and my order was messed up. I called the store multiple times and they let it just ring like they did when I was in the store ordering. And I was told by two employees (Harris and Haywood) to bring the food back into the store so it can be remade. I then paid for an Uber to bring the food back to the store and luckily I found my receipt for a refund. I explained to them that I've worked for this company multiple times before and it's cross-contamination to bring the food back into the store and she kept asking for the food back before they can fix my order. All in all they got the food back I got my refund after paying for an Uber. Worst customer service in the world.

Day 2: My order is wrong again. How hard is it to not put sour cream on something? They took all the names of the managers and shift leaders down, so I couldn't identify the employee literally screaming at another one to "GET ON DRIVE THRU!". Besides the sour cream, the food was good though.

I don't have high expectations of Taco Bell to begin with. But this was far below average, even for Taco Bell.Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch cravings box. They were out of virtually every flavor of soda. And when I got home to eat the Cheesy gordita crunch, not only was it cold, but it was glued to the wrapper. (Image attached)Having worked fast food I can say it's 100% because they left it out for too long and decided to serve it anyway despite the risks.Drive thru lady was apologetic about the soda and was very polite and friendly.

Ordered supreme tacos, received old cold regular tacos. Also when I got to the window to pay I hear a girl asking someone in the back “You cleaned the grill with that!?!” Then an outburst of laughter from multiple people. I don’t have any desire to find out what the grill was cleaned with or to even eat what I ordered. I literally threw the food away! Waste of money. They could have had a toilet brush scrubbing the grill, I don’t know, nor would I like to find out. Never again. Throw the whole place away.

Go elsewhere not only do they take forever to prepare your order they always get it wrong. Hire all new staff immediately if not sooner.
I mean... it's a Taco Bell. Everything is relative. But the people are nice, and they make a decent [whatever combination of the seven ingredients Taco Bell is shilling that month.] 1 star off for the occasional messed-up order. This place is poorly ran. The night crew do not know how to run a drive thru. They keep telling people they can't order and can only help people delivering food for Grubhub, Ubereats, and Doordash. And even if your a delivery driver, after waiting almost an hour in the drive thru your told they didn't make your order yet and you have to circle back and get in line. This place needs some training or additional help for nights. Very very poor service

I had the chicken burrito with the ranch sauce and it was the yummiest thing! So very pleasantly surprised that I'm a huge fan of their fries as well. I'll be back. The team members are nice as well, very professional and attentive.
