Where to begin? A hair in my cheese sauce, order was wrong, bathroom disgusting, waited at the counter forever while watching an employee stand while scrolling on his phone about 15 feet from the register, smelled strongly of weed. Wow! Worst Taco Bell ever!

Stay away from this Taco Bell. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences here. I have no idea who works in this place but if you don’t know how to make a damn taco you’re not going to go far in life. I’ll pass out before I go here again.

Don't go to this branch. They like to steal your money by not giving you what you ordered. When called the manager got rude and hung up. I called corporate and nothing.

Taco Bell makes this a habit of stealing from their customers. When a customer doesn't receive everything they order and when the issue is never fixed it's robbery in the most simple form, just adapted for the modern age.

Ordered the chicken enchilada burrito and asked them to add pico. What I received was dry chicken, rice and pico but all the other ingredients were left off the burrito. The size of all the mexi melts do not warrant the price. They were the size of a cheesy roll up which are small.

This is the second time my order has been wrong at this location. I will not be back a 3rd time.

The cashier did not greet , after i told her my order she walked off to get a manager because she did not know how to enter the gift card . food was incorrect after i told her my order twice she seemed like she did not want to be there . Soft taco no lettuce plz listen next time .

Absolutely the worst taco bell I've been to. We waited 25 minutes before our food was ready. Some of my food was cold, as in COLD, not luke warm. Was told they didn't have forks when I asked. The lady handing out orders was rude and clearly didn't care about the people waiting on their orders.

I mean it is Taco Bell, it isn't fine dining. But I will say this is one of the fastest and cleanest Taco Bell's I have seen. They have the new computer kiosks for ordering and AS SOON as I payed they were calling my name withy drink and dessert (the things that didn't need to be made). The new Disha hot sauce limited time sauce was excellent. I'm going to have to order some for home. A nice collaboration.

Horrible Experience: Disrespectful Hostile Manager and Incompetent Service

I rarely write reviews, but our recent experience at this Taco Bell location was beyond unacceptable and needs immediate attention from higher management. This location's employees and management not only messed up our order but refused to provide a refund and continued to argue with us about remaking the very order they had gotten wrong.

We are Hindu and cannot eat beef due to our religious beliefs, but instead of correcting their mistake, the manager argued with us, falsely claiming that we ordered beef. This was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive of our cultural and religious practices. The lack of sensitivity and understanding was appalling.

When we asked for the drink that was supposed to be included in our order, the manager responded by *yelling* at us. We were treated with hostility and aggression over something as simple as a missing drink.

This isn’t just a one-time issue. I grew up near this location, and I now realize that this same disregard for customers and poor service was the reason I disliked Taco Bell as a child. Clearly, nothing has changed, and the same unprofessionalism has persisted for years.

I strongly urge corporate to investigate this location immediately. The behavior of the staff, especially the manager, is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed with serious consequences. Customers should never have to endure such treatment, and we expect this matter to be handled appropriately.

Dietary restrictions: This place has proven to refuse to provide the correct order according to the vegetarian and dietary restrictions ordered.
