The sushi is good. But something needs to be done with their inability to adequately derive their customers. They have one to two employees working. Not enough. I went in on a Friday night with my son and it was packed they had one booth left, I asked to sit there and the employee told me no there was “stuff there”. Well it was her stuff. Her phone and I pad it was like a desk. So we sat at the sushi bar and I was told we would have to wait 30 minutes to get sushi. I said OK after 20 minutes of waiting she said we can’t do sushi. We are too busy I said but it’s on the menu. She apologized and said they couldn’t do it my son and I walked out very disappointing. Who has something on the menu and because they’re busy they can’t make it. I never heard of that. Get it together, Tea House.

Had way better Chinese food other places. Also we ordered fried rice and they gave us just rice that was brown from soy sauce. We went here because we were desperate as there is limit choices in Crozet.

We ordered the food ahead of time on the phone and when we got there we still had to wait for like 40mins. The food was still pretty good though. But you should still go to new china first.

We can always count on a delicious meal when we visit the Tea House. The food is fresh, the menu is diverse, and the service is excellent. The owners and staff are kind and hardworking people and we love supporting this local small business.

Just freaking great. Very nice gentleman to take my order, the food I ordered was so damn good. The sesame things like dessert balls are amazing btw. Best soups, chicken was fried so well and seasoned perfectly. Crab Rangoon comes with a wonderful dipping sauce (I asked for duck sauce and I didn’t need it cause a sauce is included.) I mean bro. Soooo good. Can’t add photos cause it’s been consumed.

Comfortable, cozy place with friendly service. The food, however is mostly very bland. Season more aggressively, please. I couldn't discern any taste of garlic or ginger in any dishes. If they could amp up the food a bit, this could be a winner.

You will find tasty and fresh - both Chinese and Japanese food here - yum! The kind proprietors make the food fresh to order including delicious sushi of sashimi & nigiri. I enjoy either choice and depending on my mood go for either sushi or Chinese dishes. Moo shu pork! The American Roll! (incudes shrimp tempura and spicy tuna!) and other specialty rolls. You can dine in or take out. Go for it!
