Waitress was extremely nice and I didn’t even have to ask to be put in a quiet corner since my autistic child was with me.
We got their version of a deep fried onion and burgers. They were massive and everything was good.

Stopped in with friends today for lunch. As always, excellent service, and well above average dining for all of us. We sat at a table next to the bar, and the server was excellent! We will return when in the area again!

The service at this Texas Roadhouse was not good.

When we were seated, the table was not cleaned. There were about 7–8 menus standing on the table. We waited a long time and were not given water or bread. At other Texas Roadhouse locations, bread is usually brought right away, but here we only got it after asking a different server.
If we didn’t ask, I don’t think we would have gotten it. Our server also brought the wrong drink and did not check on us much.

The food was okay, but the service ruined the experience. What bothered me most was that our server treated other tables much better than us. Other servers were also more friendly and attentive to other guests, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Always great food there. I usually get the steak tips with mashed potatoes, gravy, mushrooms and onions. I am never disappointed.

Courtney and Alex are amazing bar tenders. Always sweet and on point. They both deserve a pay raise and I wish they could work for us! We have NEVER been disappointed with either of their service and they go above and beyond their normal job to make sure EVERYONE is taken care of!!

My stake was cooked medium well and I asked for medium rare. My wife asked for medium well and she ended up getting one that was medium rare. The baked potatoes were not cooked all the way through. When I asked for a to go of my Dr Pepper I was given a sweet tea because my drink was so watered down the waitress thought it was a tea. We never got refills on our drinks.

Ordered a family meal to go! Young fellow brought our food out offered extra anything! Everything was soooo so good! For the price very good! I honestly could eat the rolls as a dessert!

Order to-go and had missing food, ice cold food, and burnt steak on top of waiting 30 minutes longer than my estimated time. Left my feedback through their system sharing all this and have heard nothing back about my experience! Order from somewhere else!
