Had a yummy meal here before a show at the Jefferson. Hubs really enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich, and the spicy rigatoni was Delicious, especially w/ the added shrimp. Old fashioned needed work, but it was a weekday, probably an off night. The space is very cool and big inside, we’ll definitely go back!

The Fitzroy is absolutely amazing — one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the area. The food is perfectly cooked, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between classy and comfortable. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, which makes the whole experience even better. My only wish is that they were open for lunch and offered a dessert menu — it’d make an already great spot even better.

What a disappointment! All the food was subpar. Their signature fried chicken was dry. It was obviously cooked in advance and then heated upon order with some sauce applied, Fries were soggy. Broccolini was actually broccoli and unappealing with yellow buds. Service was good.

First visit I had the Secret Garden cocktail (so refreshing and delicious), which made me come back and decided to try the steak frites. As a Nebraskan, one of the best combos I’ve had with the butter and sauce served with it. Instant favorite. Usually phone eats first, but not here.
First visit to The Fitzroy. We were welcomed with open arms by a very personable staff. Great hometown atmosphere. Liquid provisions were top notch and the food was incredible! Don't pass up an opportunity to check this out.
