The crepes are wonderful and they have Gf options. But VERY disappointed that it was closed on my last trip to Charlottesville. The hours on the website and with google search Are wrong. The only to find them is to call.

Absolutely wonderful crepes. We had the Summer Veggie and it was filled to the brim with perfectly cooked vegetables and just the right amount of feta. A fun place to dine in and take in the sights of downtown C'ville!

I have been waiting to try this gem for so long, and on Saturday the moment finally came! We stopped in around 12:30 for a savory lunch crepe, and didn't have to wait in line to order, however after we ordered people started coming and lining up, so we got lucky with our timing! The crepes took maybe 8 minutes or so to come out, and when they did they were smoking hot, delicious-smelling, and way bigger than I thought they'd be. Serious meal. I was stuffed after eating my delicious classic, the ham and Swiss crepe. The ham and Swiss both tasted high quality and very flavorful, and the apple slices in it balanced the saltiness perfectly. The only complaint I had was that by leaving the apple skin on, they were harder to bite through successfully amidst the other layers and m the apple slices kept sliding out when I'd take a bite. Not a deal breaker. My husband got the Southside of heaven crepe and it was stuffed full of sausage and cheese and all the fillings. I tried it and it was seriously good--so well balanced and definitely a good hearty combo. We'll be back soon to try more and we want to try the sweet crepes next. I was so impressed with the service--very friendly and personable-- and with the quality of the product. The crepes themselves were delicious and sturdy and I'm salivating in memory. Delicious! We love this adorable hole in the wall spot. The rosé goat crepe was amazing, love the tartness of the asian pear mixed with goat cheese, honey and walnuts(?). Their savory crepes are also tasty. Something unique is their crepe cake! The matcha crepe cake was fantastic.

I remember being blown away by this secret back alley Creperie located behind downtown C'Ville... It felt special that I knew the place and that I brought my friends to wait in long lines and to have no where to sit... just stand around the streets eyes-closed yelling about how amazing it is! 10 or so years later and with all the innovation of millennial foodies... this place has lost some of its magic! I still think it's my favorite Creperie... but I wouldn't drive to C'Ville just for this! Do I still love it... yes!!! Should you come and get it when you come to Charlottesville? Yes! If you are a UVA student or a townie... yes! It's a must like Bodos is... But welcome to the new world now where specialty single origin coffee, farm to fresh brunch and Creperies are just the norm... still a delight but excited to see what's around the corner!
