I love this place, but you would think by now they would get electric shades to protect their customers from the unbearable sun glaring down on their eyes and faces. If you are in a larger party you are going to spend 2 hours with the sun in your eyes. Please get some shades.

What an amazing experience this was! The food was great, especially the herb crusted chicken, delicious, along with the sage and lemon berry iced tea, amazing. Our server Demi was so helpful and funny, it was a great time from beginning to end. I left so full and satisfied, I look forward to my next trip there, I want to try the other combinations they offer. Awesome place!Vegetarian options: There are many packages you can check out online for it, but the cheese and chocolate options with each of their dippers are all vegetarian friendly. Obviously don't pick a package that includes the meat skillets.Parking: You'd have to park in the nearby parking garage, only a block or so away. At most you pay about 6$ for the whole day but for the couple hours inwas there it was 4$, and the restaurant validated the parking taking 2$ off that as well!Kid-friendliness: The food is very kid friendly, and even kid fun. If you go for one of the meat options, I'd suggest taking over for them though, it's a hot skillet at the table and you cook it yourself right there, so for health sakes, parents should do that part for them, especially little ones. The cheese fondue has plenty of dippers the kids will like, bread, apples, carrots etc. The chocolate especially, everything from chunks of cookies to dip with, rice crispie treats, marshmallows, and a few other options.Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty straight forward, the restaurant is ground level without any stairs to worry about. The parking garage has an elevator as well so there should be no issues.

I've been to several Melting Pots over the years. This was the least nice one I've ever been to. We had a reservation, but we ended up seated in the noisy bar area. Our server was great, but the food was so-so and it was not very intimate. It felt like I was at a fast food restaurant. We will not be returning to this location again. For the prices they charge I expected more. Do better.

We had a great anniversary at melting pot. Love the experience there and services. Food was tasty as well.

This is the first time I visited The Melting Pot and I was joined by three other guests. Service was very good as was the food. My main complaint was with the seating. When we arrived, we were seated at a small table with a single burner. This meant the four diners had to agree on all courses (type of cheese fondue, entree cooking style and dessert fondue) instead of being able to sample different dishes. We asked for a larger table with two burners, but none were available. Since this was my first visit to The Melting Pot, I'm disappointed that I had no way of knowing that I could have requested more burners.

Listen to your servers. They know how to customize an experience! I went with my girl squad, and we really just wanted cheese and chocolate. And our server Gee totally understood the assignment. The manager is also awesome. Hands on. Friendly. We will be back.

Overall great service, ample portions, and the chocolate fondue is the bees knees. Did our anniversary and a few special occasions here. The waiters are hit and miss, newer folks can be a little frazzled and unreliable but food / ambiance are always dope. Location near parking decks also makes it easy to get to!

Had an absolute wonderul evening at the melting pot tonight. We were immediately greeted by a wonderful host who seemed excited that we were dining in. The initial drink service took a few minutes but servers seemed busy. Our server Cam was wonderful with a great personality and the manager Sam even stopped by and was able to have small talk and inform us on additional information on the restaurant. James wasnt even our server and he even left a lasting impact on us. Overall the people are amazing and the food just made it all the better. Thank you melting pot for a great date night!

The staff and food were excellent, but the whole experience felt rushed. We've been to many Melting Pot locations over the last 30 years, and every time we visit, it feels like less of an experience and more of an exercise in turning over tables. This was the first time our salads showed up along with our cheese course, and we were never offered after dinner drinks or coffee. Again, we don't blame the staff; this feels more like a corporate decision, which is sad. (Also, they no longer have cocktail sauce for the shrimp???? Is this the case at all locations? Seems odd, as the stuff was like crack.)

The staff took care of our party well. It was a table of 13-year-olds and the waiter was awesome! The manager handled the bill and combined it with my table/where we had the same waiter. Very well managed and planned.

Always impressed when I see families eating here, especially with younger children. I was lucky to split a medium McD fry with two brothers growing up. Was a good night, not crowded at all, very easy to carry on conversation. They are upfront about the 2hour parking validation, but REALLY..?!? Only 2 hours? That is equivalent of $2, we dropped three bills, and then I had to crack a $20 bill to pay the leftover $1 for our parking fare.Think this was the first time we have ever had anything to take home though, which is surprising, as it is all so good.

I had the best time celebrating my birthday here with my family! I'd never been to a fondue restaurant before but wanted something fun for my kids and the grandparents and this place delivered! Our waitress was incredibly sweet and did a fantastic job of explaining the menu and cooking process. We started with the Wisconsin cheddar and the charcuterie board. We then moved onto the mojo and the coq au Vin as our main broths - I'd recommend the mojo! I think we pretty much sampled all their meats and veggies and I was pleasantly surprised by how tender all the meats were. My favorite was the duck breast! For dessert we had the cookies and cream option. The entire dinner took 2 hours and we never felt rushed. Super fun time for everyone!

We went for a special occasion (birthday) and our server, Laii, made it one to remember. Fondue is a fun gimmick, sure, but the service really elevated it to a wonderful experience. Give Laii a raise, she is the best.

I absolutely loved the experience here. The spinach artichoke fondue was to die for, and the banana foster chocolate turned out to be delicious. The four course meal was perfect and our waitress was very kind and made friendly conversation with us. We loved it here 10/10 and we plan to come back here to dine again.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian foods availableParking: There are many parking spots around the area for a really small feeKid-friendliness: It’s safe for kids
