It's a pretty small place, but we were there around 2pm and they close at 3pm, so there wasn't a wait. The food came out very quickly and we had a really nice server. The Pedro’s breakfast burrito with chorizo, egg and cheese was really good. The chicken and waffles had hot honey on the chicken, which was just the right amount of spice. The waffle was really light and fluffy. They did a great job with the gooey grilled cheese and the tomato soup was great. The Commonwealth...
I had the corned beef hash breakfast with scrambled eggs and I added a biscuit and gravy. The eggs especially were wonderful, definitely seem farm fresh. The potatoes were delicious too...ok so really everything was great! Faith was super friendly and fast, everyone here made me feel very welcome for my first visit here. Will definitely be coming back!
We love The Nook! It's one of our go to places whenever we visit Charlottesville. The staff is top notch and friendly. We love dining outside with our dog. Especially, for breakfast. Do yourself a favor and visit the Charlottesville icon. You won't be disappointed.
