We have been here many times, and we have had a pleasurable experience. Up until today. they have been OK. But they are apparently getting a lot of orders that don’t come in to pick them up, and they did not fire my order until I got there. I had to wait half an hour for food that was ordered 35 minutes prior to. I just can’t with any good conscience recommend this place anymore. If they are afraid of people abandoning an order then they should just require payment upfront online. I don’t have time to come

They have good customer service. We've been eating at Red Lantern for years and the presentation, taste and quaility of the food is appetizing. I recommend this restaurant.
I wasn't going to leave a review until i realized they only gave us two fortune cookies instead of the usual four. They must have switched up management because all of the food was NOT as good as usual. It wasn't terribke but it has changed for the worse. If you're gonna switch up, dont skimp out.

My family has been getting food here for years, it's our go to spot. I'm seriously surprised it has as many low ratings as it does, everything has always been really good! I really like their cheese wontons, lo mein, and general tsos tofu. We always do takeout, and it's always been good! Solid portions too!

I ordered lunch today for delivery and it was horrible honestly. I had the general tso chicken lunch special. The chicken was very dried out and hard for the most part. Delivery took an hour!

Unless something is wrong then they want to argue with you like you did something wrong easy to have good customer service when everything is ok, I usually order there every other night sometimes back to back nights so much so they know my order without looking it up but last night the beef smelled rancy and I called in and the lady who assume is the owner but I'm not sure said that the beef and broccoli was fine she had eaten it earlier and it was the same beef and broccoli all day, that I could bring it back after I just ordered delivery but couldn't get beef and broccoli because I might say something is still wrong with it as though I'm lying about it, she then offered to send me something else but kept correcting my statement of the food being rancy, I then told her you are more worried about wasting beef and broccoli then an unsatisfied customer who orders from you every other night and then hung up to avoid showing her my other side, I ate the food because I was that hungry and it definitely messed with my stomach, a waste of $17 I will never order from them again

First of all thier isn't any dine in service. Thier is a sign where you pay that states you can use the tables to eat but they don't have servers. You have to pay for water and they will bring the food to the table but that's it, if you want something you have to get up and hunt for it. I ordered a egg roll, egg drop soup, and fried rice, the soup was extremely salty and the rice tasted burnt, the egg roll was good. The parking lot is very bad as there is a laundry mat and the people washing clothes take up most of the spaces. During the whole time we were eating only four customers came in for take out and we were never ask how the food was. I would not recommend this place to eat, better to go to the Ming Dyansty and get some really good food.
