Our sandwiches were amazing! (Brassica and No Wolf) This is not a sit down place but it's easy to order and there is shared outdoor seating. The flavors were incredible, everything was fresh, the bread delicious. Definitely worth checking out.

This is a guy who will make the most fantastic sandwich you've ever eaten, but you only get to choose from a half dozen types and they can't be customized. That's OK with me, though. Would you tell Tom Brady how to throw a football or Van Gogh how to paint? There's no dine in space, but when the weather's nice, you can eat in the square right outside.

My sister and I stopped into this shop while I was down visiting. These were the best two sandwiches I have ever eaten. I got the Ruben and my sister got the Turkey and both were equally delishious. The rye bread on the Ruben was toasted perfectly, fresh, thick and tasted great. The pastrami was flavorful, thin and fresh. I LOVE Rubens so I have high standards. My sister ordered the turkey and it came on freshed made foccachia with sprouts and pimento cheese. It was the perfect combination. The owner was also incredibly nice and welcoming even during the short 5 minutes we spent interactioning. I am from the East Coast where deli's are prevalent and good, these still stand true as some of the best two sandwiches I ever had. The Wich Lab is a must visit if you are in visiting or a local! 10/10.

As someone who is a huge foodie and travels a lot, this was the BEST sandwich I have ever had. It was the perfect balance of savory with a hint of sweetest, the bread crispy but soft at the same time and the flakey salt on top, just WOW. 1000/10. Not to mention, the owner was very friendly and appreciative of us. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

What a neat place, limited sandwich selection makes choices choice easy and amazing sandwiches made. Would go there again price were good too. FYI some sandwiches can not be heated up.
Impressive sandwiches — fresh ingredients and great presentation. You can tell they put effort into the food, and it shows in the taste. That said, it’s definitely overpriced for the portion size, so it’s more of an occasional treat than an everyday stop.

Best sandwich in Charlottesville. Truly lives up to its name as a lab with its precise and perfect sandwiches. The fugetabaout it is our favorite but we've had the others and each one is great and unique! They are well packaged and are great to take out to local parks and home!
My husband and I got the Birdwich sandwich and it was by far the best sandwich we’ve ever had. We had to go back in and tell the owner!! This is a MUST try!
