Tropical Smoothie Cafe is always a great stop for a quick, refreshing meal, and the amazing staff makes it even better. Bella is an absolute professional—always warm, welcoming, and on top of things. She genuinely makes me feel like a valued guest every time I walk in. Albert is just as fantastic; he has such an inviting personality and always takes the time to talk and build rapport. Fern was also a pleasure to interact with—friendly and kind.

As for the food, it never disappoints. I highly recommend the Mango Magic smoothie—sweet, creamy, and just the right tropical kick. The Hawaiian Sliders are another favorite—flavorful and satisfying. If you like a bit of heat, don’t miss the Jerk Chicken Wrap—it’s got a spicy punch that really hits the spot.

Great service, tasty food, and a team that makes you want to come back. What more can you ask for?

Very clean establishment. I ordered and the associate was super nice and friendly! The bathrooms were clean, and within 2 minutes my smoothie and food was ready. Love this place!

Apparently they close before their 9pm closing time.

Worst service I ever received. The black lady wearing purple was very rude. She was talking to me from far away and also raised her voice in irritation. Also stated they didn’t have good bananas but proceed to offer me bad bananas.

Great for groups! Niall the manager is easy to work with. I would recommend for group and team orders.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I was there today and dropped my smoothie spilling it everywhere, I offered to clean it up, but the staff did it for me without getting angry or being rude. They then bought me out another smoothie and were so kind to me. My orders are always perfect! The food is great and well worth the money.

Great food and I love the company, but the staff are very rude and unfriendly at this location. I thought maybe it was just me, but seeing how the older gentleman at the front counter treated everyone showed me it wasn't. I gave this place another try after thinking it was probably just a bad day for them, but after returning it was still the same. I will probably drive the extra miles to visit the one in Pantops from now on.

The young gentleman was taking care of mobile and walk in orders. Wish I could’ve gotten his name. I asked him for extra peanut butter drizzle for my bowl, they were out and he offered a solution. I love tropical smoothie overall but shoutout to this young man for training his team, so patient during rush hour, and so dedicated to his role. It shows character. Great job young man.
