I am a banquet manager of a resort so i know food and beverage pretty well.my server Shelly was great all the way around,always smiling and very attentive,,she made my dinner extra special .she is definitely a asset to WH.

We enjoy stopping in for breakfast from time to time. My only problem with this Waffle House is the Waffles! They are limp like wet cardboard. As I watched other people's waffles coming out of the machine, it was clear that everyone got the same soggy waffles. That being said, regular breakfast items, like eggs, etc are ok. We will continue to frequent this Waffle House, just no more waffles for us.

The food was delicious, cooked to perfection. She and the chef worked extremely well together! Clean restroom and restaurant! Can’t go wrong!

This has to be THE best Waffle House I've been to. The staff was so nice which really made the experience in my opinion. The bathroom was neat and clean. The food...well, it's Waffle House, what can I say. It's not fine dining but it was warm, tasty and served with a smile; definitely worth the $14 I spent.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Waffle House on Premier Circle in Charlottesville, VA!
We came in right after a nearby festival ended, so the restaurant was packed — but the team handled the rush like total professionals. Despite the high volume, our food came out shockingly fast, hot, and cooked perfectly. The kitchen staff and line cooks worked like a well-oiled machine, staying calm under pressure and making sure every plate looked great and tasted even better.
What truly made this visit exceptional was the amazing customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Special shoutouts to:
Mariah – Incredibly personable and fun, kept the mood upbeat and friendly no matter how busy it got.
Jessica – Her attention to detail was outstanding — from perfectly timed coffee refills to checking on every little thing we might need.
Diane – No-nonsense, fast, and kind — a true pro who stayed completely on top of everything during the rush.
Kristen – Quick-witted, always smiling, and gave us fantastic customer service. She even took the time to help us find something specific when we asked.
The entire team deserves major recognition for their professionalism, teamwork, and kindness under pressure. This was easily one of the best Waffle House experiences we’ve ever had.
