Went to get a chicken sandwich on Saturday the 13th and when my order was taken it was done very rude. I made a comment about how rude the order was taken and when I got my sandwich the employees were laughing, which gave me me a feeling to check it and I found hair in my sandwich, when I went into the restaurant to get my money back and they told me I’d have to come back on Monday the 15th. It’s hard to believe that they would make someone come back two days later to get a refund and they not just take care of a paying customer. So I hope this reviews helps people in the future when they pick an establishment to eat at. Thank you

I hate to give a bad review bc the employees were very nice and were working hard to satisfy customers. But we ordered on the app and arrived to find they were out of fries, spicy chicken sandwiches, multiple drinks. The employees said this happens often bc the franchise owner doesn't order enough food. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to make all the new food we had to order.

I love this location! Not only is the food always fresh when I eat here as a customer but tonight the staff really went above and beyond for me when I was grubhubbing. The app sent me to the store right before close and even though I raced there didn’t make in time, but the manager Kevin let me in anyway and had them make the customers food fresh. Also shout out to Chris and Will who were helping prepare the food. They all had a great attitude and as a former GM I know that employees like this are hard to come by. Keep up the good work guys! They all deserve a raise!!

Consistently extremely long wait even when there aren't many customers. 20+ mins for one chicken nugget combo. The lobby is also full of water damage including icky drips from the ceiling.

Don't go here on your lunch break. You will spend your entire break waiting for your meal. It doesn't matter if you go inside or sit in the drive-thru. Service is extremely slow and it appears they are severely understaffed.
