Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Didnt even get food, slow service, was over charged for sauces I did not ask for. Manager was rude and had an attitude from the start. All I wanted was a refund for food that was taking way too long. I already contacted corporate. After reading some reviews it seems like this normal at this location.

Went to zaxbys in Charlottesville January 19th around 2pm and the service was amazing. I didn't get the young man's name that waited on us, but he was very professional and polite. There were 5 of us. He gave us time to look at the menu while he was also trying to run the drive thru. Before we could sit down our food was ready and I wouldn't say they were busy but they were steady. We will definitely be going back there.

The staff here are always friendly and honestly setting the bar pretty high compared to other places in the area. I have never seen a customer service team do so much for their customer base. Anytime you walk in it’s smiles all around and that right there is why they are the best.

The food here is always on point being hot and fresh. The menu changes quite often bringing new and innovative ways to keep customers interested while still keeping the classics. Let’s not forget the fact that no place in the area beats their salad Wednesday deal. Get a med/leg drink and the salad is 50% off! It’s impressive to see how much Zaxbys has changed for the better in both service and food quality.

Went here after seeing it all over social media — never again. The food didn’t live up to the hype at all. Chicken was overcooked, fries were bland, and it just wasn’t worth the trip.

It was my 1st time here. 1 guy was training and the younger looking guy was assisting. Both were polite and patient. The food was good. It's been a minute since I had Zaxby's. I'll be back🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

12/20/25 1:00pm date of visit. Kashirra greeted me right away and had a smile and great attitude. She was very friendly and welcoming. Although the tenders were kind of slim, my food was hot and my order was correct. This was the first time i have had a positive experience at this location

I want to give this place a higher score, but they constantly forget to give Zaxby’s sauce with the orders, which is one of the main reasons I come. Forgetting a premium sauce is not the same as forgetting ketchup.

Zaxby’s in Cville always hits hard. The food comes out hot and fresh every time, and the staff is chill and quick with everything. It’s one of those spots you can count on when you want something good without a long wait. Definitely one of my go tos.

Mannn I’m ready to start cooking at home. The boneless was cold and one had an old chicken taste to it and the fires had TOO much salt on them. The bread had some stanky smell and taste. The only thing that was OK was the drink. SMHH I knew I should’ve just ate at home 👎🏿 I came at 11 AM the food should’ve been fresh and the employees should’ve had plenty of energy, the day just began.
