So sad to hear the news that this location will not be opening back up :( Zinburger was my fav burger place around, even after I lowered my red meat consumption they were able to sub impossible patties on any burger, and it all tasted just as fantastic. Their milkshakes were killler and I loved how they would split them in two for you if you wanted to share with someone/didn't want a full one. All their fries were great but their zucchini fries were killer, it was the first time I'd had them and I have regularly craved them, with their dipping sauce, since. I will definitely try to stop by a Zinburger that's still open in NJ the next time I'm there, but hopefully one day one in va can open back up

Great burgers!! Maybe the best I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get a great burger. The staff was extremely helpful. They also do have a Beyond burger and gluten free buns if you are vegan/gluten free.

3.5 stars. It's nothing fancy but not bad. I'm not a burger guy so I usually get the buffalo chicken sandwich and it's pretty good. It's a pretty big place but the service is usually decent, though I normally sit at the bar when I'm in town on business. They have quite a few microbrews available and most importantly they have Dark Hollow from Blue Mountain Brewery. Also for dessert I recommend the floats, and the mint chocolate chip one is my favorite. Something to beware of are the crowds if there's an event going on at the JPJ Center. For whatever reason this place is a go-to place for people attending these events. But overall it's reasonably priced and pretty good.

Service was poor. Order a to go order and by the time I got it it was cold. I waited an excessive amount of time before calling to see what was taking so since no server came to greet me in person. And I called amount my order they said it hadn’t be put in! So I finally a waitress why my order hadn’t been put in and she said it was waiting at the bar. And after I called them for inside the restaurant a couple came in and got immediately seated. The service and communication skills need to be improve greatly.

Terrible food. Had their Winter entree. There was nothing good about it unless you like a bowl of bacon. I don't. Service was slow and executed poorly. People must go for the drinks cause the food is not a reason to go. Never again. Perhaps ZinBar is a better name.

There is a saying that people will go to restaurants with great food and shitty service but won't go to restaurants with shitty food and great service. This definitely falls into the great food but shitty service. Been here 3 times and each time, it takes entirely too long to be greeted and taken care of and for the food to come out. BUT when it comes out, it is sooo good! So, in my opinion it is worth it and still worth a 5 star review. My favorite is the classic Zen burger. Cannot tell the difference between the Kobe patty and traditional patty in my opinion but both are delicious. Mac and cheese is pretty good. The sweet potato fries come with two sauces and the maple sour cream sauce is sooooo good!! A must get! Best burger place in Richmond in my opinion!! Check it out, just don't be on a time constraint.

Executive chef review. I don't go out to eat much and when I do, I am frequently disappointed. Having said that and seeing the prices on the menu, we decided to try it out. Paying around 20$ (with a good tip) a person for a couple of burgers and one order of fries better be good. It was , I had the Double and my wife had the DeAblo , they were both delicious. But what set the place apart and above, even with at 75% capacity, the service was outstanding. Nothing short of outstanding. I've come away from similar places (I won't name them, but their name includes a bird) without any feeling of value. Not here, I'm not a regular, but would highly recommend this place, it's run right and with pride.

Super service, polite and so kind, and cannot get a better burger anywhere. Just the juiciest. . . I got the breakfast burger which had my keto diet in mind, without the bun. Could only eat half of it. Process reflect a meal. . . You only get a burger. . . But if you order the right burger, it is what it like to call a "meal burger!". . No need for fries. . . If you're really that hungry, I recommend the zucchini fries.

I've been here a few times and have had a good experience each time. I can't remember what I got the 1st time I was here, but my last visit I got the beyond burger which comes with vegan cheese and it's good! It's really hard to find a good vegan cheese that can melt. The only down side of the beyond burger is it's the most expensive burger on the menu. I shared a basket of fries with my mom, fries do not come with your order which is ridiculous in my opinion. The burgers start at $10, so you would expect even a small side of fries to come with it. I would recommend giving this place a try, but be warned it's expensive for what it is.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife ordered a burger cooked medium, and my daughter ordered a medium-rare burger. Both came raw. When we told the waitress instead of apologizing she was angry that we complained they were raw. She took them back and 15 minutes later the same two burgers were brought back to the table. We knew they were the same because they had been cut in half by my wife and daughter before they took them back. My daughters was cooked correctly but we ordered it with bacon and there was half a piece of bacon on it. My wife's was still raw. We called the waitress over again and she even more angry with us. In fact , she was rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she just took my wife's hamburger and did not say a word. After the rest of us finished our meal my wife's burger came a third time, about 25 minutes after the rest of ours. At this point we were already to go and told them to just bring the check. At this point the manager, which I had asked to speak about 20 minutes earlier, came to the table and I explained the entire situation to her. We informed her we thought the waitress was rude to us but I'm not sure she cared. I have read some other postings stating that the staff here is rude and I could not agree more with them.
