I generally love Zoey's kitchen but I was very disappointed when I checked if it was open and it was and then when I arrived 20 minutes later it was closed:(

Foods fine when you can get it, I use an Apple Watch for just when I travel to the city I live up in the mountains and use my iPad at home and my watch just for if there was an emergency when out. Few different times when stopping by to order the place is locked up and does online orders only so you never know when you actually are going to be able to eat there. I like using cash and I do have a debit card however I'm. Not going to sit outside and try in my little watch to go to their site and look around and add my card it's really bs , I get understaffed and cant use the dining room but to to take cash and just be able to place and orders too much. When Covid was happening I get closed doors but now this far into it it's just pathetic and should be change their name to online delivery and catering only because they are not a restaurant you can go into whatsoever I'm not being made to order in a complicated unnecessary manner so they will just continue to loose my business . When they can operate like a restaurant I may be back

Love love love this place! My heart has been broken since just about all of them have closed and been replaced with CAVA. CAVA is okay but I 100% prefer Zoë’s kitchen! Therefore an hour drive to Charlottesville is worth it.The staff were friendly and great.I had the Mediterranean chicken plate with extra onions, yellow rice, and grilled vegetables. It definitely did not disappoint. I will be making the drive again soon!Please bring Zoë’s kitchen back to Richmond!

I don't have a Zoe's Kitchen near where I live so I'm always super happy to find them when I travel. The young lady that rang up my order was super patient and just really kind. The facilities are always clean and the food is always amazing! Thank you for a great experience from this weary traveler.

Just went to Zoes Kitchen this week for the 1st time and was very pleased with my carry out order! I ordered a chicken kebab platter and selected grilled vegetables and a side Greek salad as my two side choices. This was a lot of food! I ate the two kebabs and the grilled vegetables along with the pita bread and I was stuffed. I saved the Greek salad for dinner later that day. I saw several other menu items I will want to try in the near future! Zoe is my new friend! :)

I wish we still had one in my hometown. The food was amazing. It's just a good healthier option for lunch.
We ate lunch here today (2/15) between doctor’s appointments. We both had the kebob combo. This comes with two kebobs of your choice and two sides. The steak is so good! The food is always delicious and the service today was excellent. The restaurant is very clean and the restrooms are spotless.

Front counter worker argued with me about the side of hummus and pita/cucumber I ordered. She insisted they put the cucumber for the hummus inside my Greek salad…like actually mixed in the cucumber in the salad but I was supposed to take those out and use them hummus. Bizarre. Finally went back and gave me a side container with 3 cucumbers in it. She’s been rude a few times. I won’t be back.

Amazing food. Plastic utensils. So confused is this a restaurant or a picnic. Oh well. Food worth an actually fork and another star however did I mention plastic utensils?
