The service is always excellent. Our waitress was so sweet & attentive. The food portions are well worth the price. It is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants around and will forever be a favorite of mine.

Food was ok, not great but ok. The waitress seemed high and couldn't even write our order properly. It was so awkward trying to deal with her and eat with 5 or 6 other employees sitting/standing around watching. Definitely do not recommend.

Great place for lunch! Prices are fair, food is good.
Such an awesome hidden gem. We were passing through from about an hour away and stopped on a whim, and we're so glad we did. The food is amazing, super fresh, and very reasonably priced. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive, and the bartender on the other side of the building was awesome. Great happy hour specials.

I went to this restaurant and while the food was good, the service was absolutely awful. They dropped my mom's plate of food on the floor and all they did was put a towel over it. They didn't even bother to pick it up. I told a waitress about it and all she said was "ok." An elderly man almost fell because of this! To make it worse, when the receipt was brought to me, she just tossed it at me and it wasn't even summed up. I had to sum it up and do the numbers myself. This is outrageous and I will never come back to this place. It's worse than Denny's or IHOP. I am livid.

I placed an order via DoorDash for two items. The delivery person left one of them at Frank's (the manager called to tell me that) and delivered the other to someone else's house. Trying to resolve the problem with DoorDash was hopeless, so I called Frank's direct. Had a nice chat with the manager - he re-made the order and sent it along. Excellent customer service from Frank's - so thank you very much!
