Imma b completely honest o live in virginia my 2 ham and cheese sandwiches were the best also the people were extremely friendly at this location which if any one spends any time at any of the fast food places in north Carolina will know there isn't alot of that down there. Try virginia friendliness and see for your self !

Good food for the price. Apple pies are to die for.
Order 4 biscuits and gravy. After a few minutes at the window, I was asked to pull up to the white line. After 10 or so minutes waiting ( long enough for my kid to run to Food Lion and back to get us Milo's tea.) 4 knives and 1 fork was all the utensils they had given us. I explained and she gave me one fork. That's when I raised my voice and told her I'd ordered 4 biscuits and gravy not 1.Anyways just a shitty experience and glad I dont live here and this is my only Hardees choice.

Ordered dinner from the app to pick up on my way home. My husband got the monster thick burger. Took a bite of it and noticed that it was still pink. Raw. I drove back to Hardee's and was greeted when I walked in with what do you want. Asked to speak to a manager. The manager did not say anything to me or ask how they can make it right just turned around and told the person in the back to make another and make sure it was cooked. The manager only said sorry nothing else when handing me the bag. I drove back home for my husband to cut it in half before trying to eat it and it is RAW AGAIN. I attempted to call the store due to not wanting to drive back and no one answered. Horrible customer service and very disappointed that the food looked the same. I'm hoping we don't end up getting sick due to them not cooking the meat fully.

Cold fries, burger was marginal. Service was good, with two employees in a deep conversation about firing another employee. Atmosphere was okay. Sticky tables which place was slow enough for someone to wipe em down. Is what is, I guess.
