Stopped to get a hot ham and cheese combo on the way to north carolina. Below is what I ordered, and what I got. Why can't this place ever get anything right ?? Plus the fries were ice cold. Thats $12 wasted 🤬🤬🤬

Several weeks ago and my wife Marjorie and I stopped to eat there. Marjorie ordered a Hot Ham and Cheese sandwich. This sandwich was cold. After Marjorie ate it and her stomach bothered her for the next several days. We will not return to this particular location anymore.

Walked in 15 minutes before closing, they refused to serve us the entire place had a bad smell, so maybe it’s a good thing I wasn’t able to eat

Typical Hardees. Courtesy and friendliness is hit or miss. Biscuits are a little freasy for my taste, but some love them. Nothing fancy, nothing special.

At the Chatham tightsqueeze Hardee's and female employee was very rude and quite disrespectful while ordering and snaching my card out of my hand. Also complained we had come in the store at 7pm and not the drive through. Teena was this employees name.

If I could rate this any lower I would have. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to be told that I could come inside and it would be faster. Said they were short staffed. If they had better management the drive thru or inside one or the other would be shut down to better help their situation. Left with no food.
Imma b completely honest o live in virginia my 2 ham and cheese sandwiches were the best also the people were extremely friendly at this location which if any one spends any time at any of the fast food places in north Carolina will know there isn't alot of that down there. Try virginia friendliness and see for your self !
