Very disappointed. Traveling we was very hungry. Arrived at this Subway only to find it closed early. Drive thru was off line. Employee was behind the counter leaning, dining room light was darkened. They say they close at 10:00 pm. It was 9:45pm when we drove there to get dinner. Shame on them for not staying open during posted store open hours.

I thought I was going to e joy a chicken sandwich with extra cheese, but I was handed a spinach and lettuce sandwich with 3 small pieces of red o ion and a out a teaspoon of chicken. I drove back around to ask where everything was on my sandwich to which the lady replied the cheese was under the chicken, well, what chicken and she offered me tomatoes to put on the side as the screen didn't pick it up on the order. I don't know which was worse the sandwich or customer service. I will not be back.It was so unbelievable I took a picture

I picked up a couple subs and a pretzel and was very disappointed with everything i got to say the least. Barely any meat in my chicken bacon ranch sub and same for the other one (the one piece of bacon on each sub was soggy and tiny) as well as a hair i found as soon as i unwrapped my food. Even the cheese for my pretzel was cold and solid. I ordered on the mobile app and left a tip before seeing my food
