First time in. Young lady who took my order was super friendly and smiley. Donuts are AMAZING!!! I only hot a half dozen this time but know I know better and will get the dozen.
I wasn’t able to get my food due to my break at work ending and the owner, Mary Jane, the sweetest lady ever brought me a refund and some donuts at my work. I’ve come here previously and they always have good customer service and i’m in love with their donuts.

So I grew up in Great Bridge and now live 3000 miles away. Was back visiting friends. Saw this place I was excited to try it out. 2 ladies were working one very nice and the other very rude. I got the rude one. I explained this was my first time there and she seemed annoyed. Took my order and then my money. Ordered 4 donuts. My box had 3. When I said I needed another she dug the piece of paper she wrote the order on stuck it in my face and exclaimed she wrote what I said. Very rude. Miscommunication is fine but come on. It's like she took it personally. Ordered that 4th donut paid and left. What happened to the people in my little town? BTW the donuts were delicious.

The food was obviously amazing. I got S'mores, Oreo, Strawberry Cheesecake (my personal favorite), regular chocolate, churro, and lemon pie flavored donuts. The service was quick and easy and the donuts were handmade infront of us and delivered within 10 minutes. However, the most notable is how affordable these donuts were. We got 14 donuts and 2 iced coffees for a total of $29. Beautiful store really recommend buying from here.

Inside their shop was dusty, poor customer service. We waited to be served because the lady behind the counter was giving a long talk about the school board to another customer. Then, when it was our turn, she got political, even talking politics to me while I was trying to order. I had to stop my order because she kept going on. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured in their shop. I mentioned it to my neighbor later after I got home, who said they post on social media regularly about their strong political views with their business name. I wanted to have them cater a baby shower, but now I'm afraid of what kind of remarks they may make to our mother to be. Regardless of what side you are on, I don't like buying from a business that is going to put their personal views in my face like that.

I heard about Amazing Glazed because a friend had posted about it in FB. So I was very excited to go to what I expected to be a donut shoppe, you know with DONUTS in CASES! But in fact what I did see was a quaint little what looked to be a candy store. A bit confused about that I quickly realized that this was a made to order kind of place. Not overly excited about that I figured I'm here in going to order something. My main interaction was with the lady who was making the cake donuts. Because the girl at the register didn't seem very enthused to be there or to speak to people. And the other woman there was busy working on yeast donuts.After standing in there I just decided to order off of their popular items board. I order 6 cake donuts. I would like to try their yeast donuts but they weren't ready yet, although they had been open for an hour already.All of this, what seems to be negativity aside (these are just my perspective of what went on that morning), these donuts are AMAZING!!! There is another similar don't shop in the area but Amazing Glazed is even better than that place. I think the main thing this quaint little shop needs is more exposure. I think everyone should try it! My only suggestion would be to go online and maybe decide on advance what you might like on your donuts to help speed up your process. I will definitely be going again! ? ? ? ? ? in my opinion. Delicious! ?
