Me and my wife ordered dinner and they didn’t deliver $40.00 worth of our order through door dash. It took several calls just to speak to a human who is at a call center and not the restaurant to only tell us they couldn’t reach a manager. We are hard working people and usually make meals at home but with kids in tow and running a business sometimes we are too tired to cook and want a good meal. It’s not about the money it’s about going to bed hungry….

It was Veteran's Day. Had to wait like 15 mins which wasn't bad. Chantye was our server. Very personable, engaging and friendly. Burger was delicious but Chicken fingers were on point.

Ordered car side to go yesterday Was told the food would be ready at 8 PM. Got there called to let them know I was there And I was told it would be a 7 to 10 minute wait I ended up waiting 30 minutes So I walked inside where my food was sitting And retrieved it myself. I got home only to find the extra sauce that I paid for And the onion rings Were not in my bag. And from them not bringing my food out in a timely manner. My food was cold, and the ice cream was melted.

We went on a Friday evening and although the restaurant was no where near half full, there was a little wait to get a table. However, once seated, the service, food and drinks were delicious.

we ordered and got the wrong order. the chicken was completely raw and when we called to tell them we got our order mixed up they hung up on me. this place should be shut down

The food was Applebees, the atmosphere was once again Applebees, but, Mike was the best server I could’ve asked for. Honest and blunt answering questions, an obvious awareness that normal people aren’t rich and most are on a budget, and on the ball service. He was there every time we needed him and never saw him when we didn’t. Thanks Mike for a great first night out for my family in a long time

I ordered an impossible burger, spinach dip, and a kids meal. The dasher called me and told me they did not have the impossible burger and my options were the regular burger or chicken so I canceled the entire order and asked for a refund. After being sent to multiple people, I finally connected with the manager who stated they did have the impossible burger but instead of offering a resolution, refunded my money. This Applebees will never receive another order from me. Very dissatisfied with the transaction!
