The food and service was fine. However watched a male employee belittle and yell at a female employee while other employees just watched. This same employee who yelled at the girl was eating food from the kitchen and chewing around our table. Where’s the manager at this location? Not cool- very unprofessional environment.

HORRIBLE! 10/10 do not recommend eating here. Staff were very unorganized, before even ordering I told the assistant manager, waitress and host that my bill would be separate from the rest of the food that had been ordered. Upon receiving my food i noticed that my pasta had absolutely no flavor it was bland which was very disappointing. Once we received the two separate receipts i gave MY RECEIPT which was about $11 back to the waitress to charge my card and turns out she charged my card for the WHOLE MEAL which was about $65 I was very upset and never got refunded for this restaurant’s mistake. They just told my date to send me the money instead of being professional and giving me a refund. Gave us brownies and ice cream like that’s supposed to make anyone feel better. Never again!

This flipping sucked dude. The to go guy was doing our servers job for her, my fries were wrong, I ordered loaded fries when I got plain nothing which sucked, I thought the to go guys were going to start scrapping and they scrapped like a table next to us, our server didn’t check on us at all, this sucked, like actually sucked. At this point fire that server or see if she had a bad day cause this was horrible.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was a terrible experience all around and we will not be back. Instead of being greeted politely by a server, we were greeted by "are they yours or mine?" The place was deserted... at the time, it was just us and 1 other table. My partner never got a refill. I got one, but waited forever for it and needed another, but never got it. It's not even like we could flag her down either, because she was no where to be found 90% of the visit. We couldn't ask anyone else either because well, they were no where to be found too or helping the other guests when they made an appearance. Our soups that we asked to come out before the meal were brought with the meal and were not even filled halfway in the bowl. My partner ordered a classic cheeseburger, and the pictures I provided are his sorry excuse for a burger. I also included a picture for what they advertise as their classic cheeseburger. Pictures don't even do it justice.... a value menu cheeseburger from McDonalds is bigger than this. In my case, I asked for BBQ sauce twice and was never brought BBQ sauce and my chicken was overcooked. My partner ordered dessert, and the waitress pretty much slammed the dish on the table in front of him and walked away. We were nothing but kind to her so I'm not sure what prompted this. Now came check time. My partner and I waited about 30 minutes after we finished our food to get our check...drink glasses still empty. Then it took 30 minutes for our waitress to return to take our credit card. This place wasted our time and didn't value our business. We will not be back, even if offered an incentive to come back.

The person that waited on us was extremely personable he recommended what we should have he also entertained us with joking around and he stayed on top of everything that we needed to do I believe his name was Cody kind of a thumbs up there he's in the Walmart shopping center and Chesapeake Virginia fantastic guy anyway thank you

Red crumbs or something all in my ice cream and mind you this was To Go … looks like it was a tablespoon worth a ice cream and the man wanted me to bring my ice cream all the way back just for a refund lol… really rude

The wife and I went here to eat on a Thursday evening. We ordered the appetizer and 2 meals special for $26. When ordering, I ordered onion rings for our appetizer and we both ordered hamburgers. The wife wanted fries, I ordered more onion rings.

Shortly after ordering I was told they only had enough onion rings to go with my burger, not as an appetizer. So we ordered mozzarella sticks instead. I asked for ketchup, they had none in a normal bottle, so they brough packets of ketchup like you'd get at McDonalds. About 20 minutes later, I was told, I couldn't get onion rings with my meal; after I was told I could previously, and that I would have to order another side.

Really? After 20 minutes...I said give me my bill for what we had, we were leaving. The manager came by, I said give me my ticket so I can leave, you can cancel the order. She goes, sir, you're meal is ready. Really? How, I haven't picked another side yet...
Again, give me my ticket. So, I ended up paying $20 for an appetizer I didn't want and 2 drinks.

There is a reason I haven't been back to Applebee's for a few years.

Now, there is a reason I will never be back.

This place seriously needs no stars, walked in the door every employee just stared instead of us being greeted. Instead stood there with nasty unwelcoming looks. While the manger looked as if he was arguing with them. Seriously do better then he convinced us to sit at the bar and no one even came over and greeted us for ten minutes this is unacceptable especially when you work in the restaurant business no steps of service ?

How is this not a health hazard??? How was this not addressed? The amount of dust sitting on the ceiling and around the vents appear to have been there for over a decade. I was extremely disgusted being there with my two little kids.
If this is what the restaurant lets their customers see, I can’t even imagine how filthy the kitchen must be.
