I normally like Applebee's. 2 days ago my friend and I went there for salads. They do not offer Greek or Chefs so I got a Cesear salad with grilled chicken and she got a southwest salad. On my first bite it was obvious that the lettuce was from a bag and not fresh, the grilled chicken pieces were the same. The croutons were not fresh and they were soggy. My friend's salad was the same. Our bill was 49 23 for 2, not fresh, salads and 2 ice teas. Should have gone to Chick Fillet next door. It would have been cheaper and the salad fresh.

Dirty. We saw ants crawling on the first table the host seated us initially. He barely spoke to us. We saw dirty tables not cleaned and a broken table on it's side. Before we could be served we walked out. Disgusting

They weren’t busy at all so I don’t understand why our food wasn’t prepared properly and why their cups were all dirty. Terrible experience. I came in with a baby. They didn’t accommodate our seating. I won’t be back. We got up and left. Didn’t even get to enjoy the food. Yall need new crew and management!

Food is typical for Applebees (slightly average), the staff really tries and I’m sure it’s not easy. No AC and zero ice, strange for a franchise restaurant. The atmosphere is probably better if the AC worked. I wish I could give them a 5 start but it’s tough with no AC or ice.

However watched a male employee belittle and yell at a female employee while other employees just watched. This same employee who yelled at the girl was eating food from the kitchen and chewing around our table. Where’s the manager at this location? Not cool- very unprofessional environment.

HORRIBLE! 10/10 do not recommend eating here. Staff were very unorganized, before even ordering I told the assistant manager, waitress and host that my bill would be separate from the rest of the food that had been ordered. Upon receiving my food i noticed that my pasta had absolutely no flavor it was bland which was very disappointing. Once we received the two separate receipts i gave MY RECEIPT which was about $11 back to the waitress to charge my card and turns out she charged my card for the WHOLE MEAL which was about $65 I was very upset and never got refunded for this restaurant’s mistake. They just told my date to send me the money instead of being professional and giving me a refund. Gave us brownies and ice cream like that’s supposed to make anyone feel better. Never again!

This flipping sucked dude. The to go guy was doing our servers job for her, my fries were wrong, I ordered loaded fries when I got plain nothing which sucked, I thought the to go guys were going to start scrapping and they scrapped like a table next to us, our server didn’t check on us at all, this sucked, like actually sucked. At this point fire that server or see if she had a bad day cause this was horrible.
