If I am near a Arby's I will always stop in. It's a nice break from burgers all the time. I love their curly fries

We were the only people in the restaurant. The cashier was very friendly. We waited several minutes for our food and we enjoyed watching football while we waited. We took our food and are in the car. The fries were cold and there was a hair in my chicken sandwich. I know it wasn’t mine because mine is slicked back and in a bun. The food was very disappointing.

Food was less than desirable . Chicken was very old , over cooked and expired and I'm not sure what was on top of the chicken , but was supposed to be ham. I would have been embarrassed to serve this to someone.

We bought 2 classic roast beef sandwiches and 1 was good and the other had about half the meat. They were not busy but it took a long time.

They have the rudest managers I’ve ever met in my life. They messed my order up and when I called to complain, they said I was trying to get free food when I had the receipt for my food that that I purchased and didn’t receive. Then tried telling me she makes $38 an hour which we all knows a lie will be our last visit at this Arby’s ever
Pulled up to the window to get my order the lady saw i was paying with tap pay so she started speaking with the manager adrianna the manager told the young lady to tell me thart if i am paying with tap pay i have to come on mind you i just left the hospital and have a broken foot i told her my foot is broken she stated her policy is she can not put her machine out the window she slammed the window in my face not sure why either of them thought that was acceptable because it is not spoke with the Regional manager Rebecca she was a breath of fresh air very kind i think a new store managar is needed for the battlefield location

Never had this happen before but all of the roast beef was sliced super thick. Turns out that kinda ruins it. We had three sammiches and three sliders... They were all like that. Gross
