Classic Roast beef sandwich was delicious but only complaint was Curly fries were cold and menu board said they sold Fried Mac Cheese bites, when I ordered them and employee politely said they are 🚫 longer sold.

Meat was rancid and smelled. Gyro was cold. All the food went into the trash can. This was right before closing, not that I'd bother wasting my time expecting anything fresher with a new sandwich or gyro. Very disappointed. Arbys is usually one of my favorite places to dine at.

Again the quailty of food was disappointing. The condiment station is always empty! The fries are always cold and hard. We just left there throwing all that garbage away !! You really need to get it together!!!

Extremely disappointed in my service this morning. I had to wait about 10-12 minutes when I was told it would only be 1 min wait. Then when I went back inside I was told it would be made now but I requested a refund because I knew about this point the food would be rushed. It exactly was. The food was messy and cold. Headed to church so I had no time for a remake. Definitely disappointed.
