The drive thru might move faster if the one girl would take her cell phone off her face and focus

Never again will I return to a Arby’s. Already was turned off years ago. Today I figured I’d give it a shot while passing by. Restaurant was busy, well after 10 minutes I noticed they were only working on drive thru orders not inside one. So after another 5 minutes still no food. So finally asked them, they didn’t have a good response or really any response. So went with the refund route. Manager was equally as un helpful “I thought I made that” was the best he could say. No apologies, no trying to get me to stay. So I went to McDonald’s instead. Got my food, ate, and wrote this review in less time than Arby’s wasted my 20 minutes.

Almost 30 minutes to get our order, in the store! No sauces! It's a roast beef sandwich store and they have NO sauce!!!??? The manager has a crappy attitude and could not have cared less that we were waiting. At one point while waiting for a wrap to be made, while my sandwich was sitting on a tray, she took my fries and THREW THEM AWAY! Then when we brought it to her attention that I ordered fries she questioned me!

Today (2:40pm) was the best day EVER for this arbys. Placed an order, paid and got food all in less than 5 minutes. ? Roastbeef and sweet tea were excellent.

Don't waste your money!! After waiting 5 minutes at the speaker to order, I had to wait another 7 minutes after I paid for my French dip. Get home and NO FRENCH DIP! Instead, they gave me a gross gryo with overly peppered meat AND get this... a cup of Au Jus that was supposed to be for my French dip. ? a waste of $7! Hire better people! Stop hiring teens who do not care about work ethics. If you need help hiring good staff start with better management and take a lesson from Chick-fil-A.

Waited 20 minutes for a dine in order, horrible service. Sandwich was OK bit the long wait bittered the taste. 4-5 people behind the counter not doing much of anything. Steady stream of people coming in to get there drive threw orders after they were waiting outside for them.
I'd fire all of the crew there and make it self serve.

The bacon was missing from the bbq brisket sandwiches on my last two visits, and previously they've forgotten drinks but at least that's easy to catch. You actually need to check your food before leaving the drive-thru window at this location. I'll be going to different locations from now on despite this Arby's being the closest.
