My wife and I walked in, there were 2 employees behind the counter. They both saw us. There was one car in the drive-thru.
There was no acknowledgement whatsoever that we were there. We waited 5 minutes and after no one came to the counter, we walked out.
Very poor customer service!
Sadly, this is not our first experience like this from this Arby's.

I come here all the time to eat as I work right across the street. So I'm nice enough to give at least two stars instead of one. They will not Honor coupons through their app even when my bank cards won't connect to and the location doesn't offer online redeeming through the app.

Everytime I order here I have to pull forward. Wait 15-20minutes to get my food. Majority of the time it’s incorrect because they cleared my order and forgot what I asked for/purchased. The last time I went here I ordered and they said to pull round all the way on the complete other side of the building and park. I was sooo confused and asked why? Is something wrong? They said no, we got in trouble for making people move up pass the window n park… wow… I went to the other side (I was the only person there ordering) and continued to wait 15-20minutes…horrible.. and most fast food options are doing this now. Let me come pay a dumb amount on crap food with little to no service. I’d rather cook at home…

Drive through has to be losing business with their one car at a time thing at this location. I come here couple time a month, when you get to the drive thru microphone box, they ask you to wait till they car done with the car ahead of you before they take your order. Maybe someway to keep the order times down, idk.

My son got food poisoning from a burger here last vist a few months ago. We won't get burgers here again. However we are here tonight. This store needs a complete face lift inside and out. The seats are literally falling apart, the cushions have no springs left, the flooring is permanently filthy, condiments station is always empty. The employees you do have are nice enough but need more employees. Maybe a closure to remodel and regroup with a Grand opening could get this location back on track. The interior has been here since the place opened with the filth on the table top edges in the middle of the tables. Please consider to make it better. Your employees may be happier and definitely the customers. 😉

Just passing through - this is the cleanest Arby's I have ever been in before. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out lightening fast. This was a great choice for a quick stop.

i have gone to this Arby’s multiple times and they always forget half of my stuff while making me wait at the stop sign and refuse to answer the phones. Don’t come here if you want any type of sauce. My only question how do you forget the sauce for the french dip that is whole point of the sandwich

Sat in the drive through for several minutes with no response. They didn't even have the courtsey to say we will be with you in a minute. This isn't the first time that this has happened.

Look, it's fast food. Not going to grade it too harshly but at the end of the day, no matter what you order, it's a 10 minute wait in the drive thru.

You pay, they collect the money and will always ask you to pull forward. They only do this to increase their average time at the drive thru, and I get it, but like come on......it's fast food.

The workforce across the country is just going down the gutter. 90% of the workforce, at any restaurant actually doesn't know how to work hard.

It is what it is and they probably don't deserve this review but how hard is it to manage a fast food joint?

And I got a meal and 2 small sides. $25???
