Sat in the drive through for several minutes with no response. They didn't even have the courtsey to say we will be with you in a minute. This isn't the first time that this has happened.

Look, it's fast food. Not going to grade it too harshly but at the end of the day, no matter what you order, it's a 10 minute wait in the drive thru.

You pay, they collect the money and will always ask you to pull forward. They only do this to increase their average time at the drive thru, and I get it, but like come on......it's fast food.

The workforce across the country is just going down the gutter. 90% of the workforce, at any restaurant actually doesn't know how to work hard.

It is what it is and they probably don't deserve this review but how hard is it to manage a fast food joint?

And I got a meal and 2 small sides. $25???

Was here on 06-12-25 ordered 2 for 7.00 beef and cheddar and 1 small curly fries, then 1 classic beef n cheddar and 1 order of 2 potato cakes paid a l most 26.00 for this. Asked for a receipt and they said they didn't have any receipt paper in register. Then had to pull forward and for them to bring the food. Sandwiches were a mess not much meat on it. Bun smashed. Messy and gave us1 napkin. NOT HAPPY!😕

Food 2 stars because the sandwich was hot and good.
Terrible service except from the guy who brought my food to the car.
Terrible service at drive thru had to wait through several of her frustrations, discussions with other assoc.,
The crinkle fries were OLD, Cold, bad taste. Had to wait for the food as a pull forward.
Ate 2 fries, through them out. The drink was very syrupy, not a good mix.
Second time at this location, never again as the first wasn't great either.

This is supposedly a quarter pound brisket, it's not even close to what the pictures in store show. The shake is supposed to be chocolate, they didn't add any chocolate. All the fries were cold, no doubt because they sat in the bag for 20 minutes while we waited for the brisket. The chicken tenders never made it to the bags, just the sauce. The inside was very dirty, nothing was stocked. Another customer started restocking napkins and lids for the employees. By far the worst Arby's I have ever been to. Travelers do not waste your time and money at this location.

Wife used the drive through to buy our dinner. She specifically asked for Arby's sauce. When she got home, several miles away, there was no sauce in the bag. The lack of attention to detail and making sure the customer gets what they ask for is totally unacceptable. What good is an Arby's roast beef sandwich without Arby's sauce. Threw it all in the trash.

SLOW!! Pack a lunch so you won't starve while you wait for your food. Under staffed. Fryers aren't working. No curly fries!! No jalapeno bites. Very sad. Taking bets on closing date for this facility.

We were working and decided to stop in today (Sunday 3/30) for lunch between jobs. While waiting in line I overheard the cashier mention to another customer that the restaurant was out of fish...(ummm it's Arby's, this is the place for beef not fish lol) the customer was clearly irritated but the young lady working the register handled it beautifully! Then, the same customer wanted to substitute a couple drinks for shakes...well unfortunately they were out of those as well and again she handled the situation amazingly! Oh and they were out of ketchup in the dispenser, but again she came to the rescue! To be honest the service here is usually sub-par at best and quite slow but, the young lady taking orders today around lunch really made the day with her exemplary service and personality! As a local business owner myself, I love when our customers leave reviews highlighting a specific employee that stands out to them and I'm hoping the franchise owner does the same. If she's not management yet then she certainly needs to be fast tracked and put in a position where she can show her potential. I've been coming here for years and this was by far the best service/experience to date.

Never again will I return to a Arby’s. Already was turned off years ago. Today I figured I’d give it a shot while passing by. Restaurant was busy, well after 10 minutes I noticed they were only working on drive thru orders not inside one. So after another 5 minutes still no food. So finally asked them, they didn’t have a good response or really any response. So went with the refund route. Manager was equally as un helpful “I thought I made that” was the best he could say. No apologies, no trying to get me to stay. So I went to McDonald’s instead. Got my food, ate, and wrote this review in less time than Arby’s wasted my 20 minutes.

Almost 30 minutes to get our order, in the store! No sauces! It's a roast beef sandwich store and they have NO sauce!!!??? The manager has a crappy attitude and could not have cared less that we were waiting. At one point while waiting for a wrap to be made, while my sandwich was sitting on a tray, she took my fries and THREW THEM AWAY! Then when we brought it to her attention that I ordered fries she questioned me!
