Waste of time.

We like Arby's but its always slow, and this last trip was literally a 20 minuet wait in the drive through line with only one car ahead of us.

I changed my review from a five to a two because for some reason they are now very very slow. Today at the drive and it took me 10 minutes to get to the speaker to order the food.

Just stopped to get lunch 11-6-2024 11:45.
As I was standing ordering in line the guy walked right in front of me and stepped on the edge of my foot. Never said excuse me. Got my food to go. Was I went to the drink station the same guy was busy pulling out about 6inch stack of napkins and literally hand fulls of salt and pepper dropping 1/3 of it on the floor. I watch in amazement. As he exited the restaurant with his Togo order he yell out a racial slur as he was leaving and the lady working the counter replied "I know that's right". The gyro meat was cold and the food was subpar. This place is a real piece of work.

There are never enough employees working. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru only to not get my entire order. I ordered ahead. I don’t blame the staff, they were doing the best they could during lunch rush with a drive thru line wrapped halfway around the building. I don’t know who owns this location, but they need to do a better job of supporting their employees and ensuring they are staffed properly, especially during lunch rush.

The fish sandwich I was interested in they stop selling but they have good milkshakes.

Parking: It’s never filled up the parking lot is empty most of the time I come.

We went through the drive thru and ordered regular roast beef sandwiches. When we got to the window, we were asked to pull ahead and wait. After waiting for a bit, we went in and were told they are working on it. The employee then turned around and said oh, I guess I have to get it. The sandwiches had been sitting there waiting to be bagged and brought out.

Decided to try a cheesy bacon burger, (since they look so good on commercials and I'm weak lol). It truly was an excellent burger. This particular Arby's is right by work. Employees are very friendly and I've never been disappointed by their food. I also really like the Greek gyros.

This place is as bad as McDonalds with their shake machines. Mind you, they close until midnight, but if you try to get a shake at 9pm their machines are " down” because they’re lazy a@& employees don’t want to deal with the machines. I hope the owner sees this and sees how much money they’re costing them. At almost $5 per shake I’d think they’d be a little pissed.
