I tried to place an order. There were 5 people standing behind the counter. We wanted the pretzels wrapped hot dogs, the little ones, and they didn't have any made. They said it would take 15 minutes.
And they wanted me to pay for them while I went into macy's. I told the lady I'll pick them up on the way back. I came out about 20 minutes later, and they said it all sold out.
This was the rudest Auntie Anns i've been to.They don't even deserve a one star. They need to hire people that really want to work.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience practically demanded it.
On 5/19/25 around 6:30 PM, I had the displeasure of being “helped” (and I use that term very loosely) by a server with bright orange hair and an even brighter attitude problem. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, it was clear she wasn’t just having a bad day—this was her personality.
When I placed my order (politely I may add, I never speak disrespectfully to people handling my food that’s common sense), she snapped “It’ll be 10 minutes” like I had personally offended her by daring to ask for food. No greeting, no eye contact, just pure disdain. I let it slide at first, thinking maybe she was overwhelmed. Spoiler: she wasn’t. That’s just how she talks to people.
When I came back 10 minutes later, she was busy giving another customer the same dead-eyed, exasperated treatment. Then, once I had my food, she started whispering and smirking about a customer behind me—loud enough and obvious enough for everyone nearby to pick up on it. The other employee she tried to drag into it looked visibly uncomfortable, but that didn’t slow her down.
The whole thing was unprofessional, childish, and honestly, embarrassing. If your customer service rep spends more time gossiping and glaring than taking orders, maybe she’d be better off in a role where human interaction isn’t required. Back-of-house, perhaps—or better yet, a long vacation away from the public.
If this is the standard of service being tolerated, management might want to take a long, hard look at who they’re putting on the front lines. Because no one should walk away from a snack stand needing to recover from the attitude that came with it.
Pepperoni pretzel wasn't good n probably wasnt fresh, oreos pretzel bites/cinnamon sugar pretzel bites seems like it wasn't fresh. Pretzels supposed to be fresh and tasty. Won't be returning to this location at all
Scared and nervous and worried about this 😬
Taste burnt and old
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an aunt annie establishment.. the girl taking the orders acts like your bothering her cause lord forbid she has to do her job. I saw her and the other employees talking about me after I questioned her about my food.. She got an attitude because I asked could I have drink why I waited for my food.. asked for my name only to throw my food on the counter and walk off.. when I asked was that my food she rolled her eyes the whole the manager stood there.. when I brought the situation to the manager she just looked at me like she didn’t care and said she would address it.. if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on The customer

I was with my adult son today. He asked an employee if any of the frozen drinks were available and the man completely ignored him the whole time. My son spoke to him multiple times and he acted like he didn’t exist
as he rolled dough then turned his back and walked to a shelf.
He literally didn’t even acknowledge he was there.
I have never encountered such a rude employee in my life. One that won’t even acknowledge a customer asking about their own products.
The manager is unqualified to deal with customer issues as she basically said she doesn’t even know what she’s doing and apologized. We only got an apology from the the cashier and her.The employee who actually was the problem said nothing
I’d never order a thing from this place because the people who work here are extremely rude and seemingly incapable of normal human interaction

The worst. Asked for 2 pretzel dogs and a frozen lemonade. Nothing was frozen, one dog and it's was mush. Not cooked. Chick in the back was on her phone swirling dough around her wrist. I hope she wasn't going to cook it.....

This young lady was extremely unprofessional. Very rude and disrespectful to me in front of my son. She became upset because I stated that the pretzel bites that were given to my son were not fresh. She then wanted to go back and fourth with me about it until one of her co workers intervened and asked her to remake them. When he asked her if she could remake them her reply was “I just put those ones out” and basically told her co worker no she would not make fresh ones. I stated that I’m going to wait 15 mins for fresh ones and she again became combative. She appeared very upset, I never received an apology. I hope she changes her attitude one day bc if not she won’t get far in life.

Listen I just watch the young lady making the pretzels grab her phone text while having choices on, once done she immediately went back to making pretzels. That is in sanitary and I walked away. Just nasty! Then they look like they just woke up like why we serving with head scarfs on and no that’s not a style. Not welcoming at all.

I ordered The cinnamon pretzels, regular mini pretzels, 1 mango lemonade, & 1 blue berry lemonade. I was told the cinnamon pretzels wouldn’t be ready until another 10 mins, which was cool with me. After 10 mins. I went over too get my pretzels. I hadn’t received my lemonades yet. So I asked for them as well. The employees in the back acted as though I was lying, but I didn’t care because the receipt was retrievable. Once the girl grabbed the cup, she asked me did I want frozen lemonade as if they didn’t have the unfrozen, so I said sure, I’ll take that. As she started making the frozen lemonade I said one is mango & the other is blue berry. The girls response was that she had the receipt right infront of her. When I received my lemonades they were horrible. Foamy as heck, I had to throw them both away. Employees were rude as if they didn’t want to be there.

I purchased three cinnamon Sugar Pretzels, from the Greenbrier Mall location, for $13.35 with tax. One was for myself and the other 2, for my Daughter's.
We didn't eat our Pretzels until we arrived home. When I took a bite out of my Pretzel, it tasted very strongly of baking soda. I know that Pretzels get soaked in a baking soda water mixture, before cooking, but these were either soaked to long or there was too much baking soda. Probably why the Pretzels had a ton of the cinnamon Sugar mixture on them.
My Daughter's Pretzel tasted the same BS. We won't be returning.
I would have given a 3 rating if not for the strong chemical taste.
Thank you
Mary and lakaira are very respectful and have the best pretzels ?
