Listen I just watch the young lady making the pretzels grab her phone text while having choices on, once done she immediately went back to making pretzels. That is in sanitary and I walked away. Just nasty! Then they look like they just woke up like why we serving with head scarfs on and no that’s not a style. Not welcoming at all.

I ordered The cinnamon pretzels, regular mini pretzels, 1 mango lemonade, & 1 blue berry lemonade. I was told the cinnamon pretzels wouldn’t be ready until another 10 mins, which was cool with me. After 10 mins. I went over too get my pretzels. I hadn’t received my lemonades yet. So I asked for them as well. The employees in the back acted as though I was lying, but I didn’t care because the receipt was retrievable. Once the girl grabbed the cup, she asked me did I want frozen lemonade as if they didn’t have the unfrozen, so I said sure, I’ll take that. As she started making the frozen lemonade I said one is mango & the other is blue berry. The girls response was that she had the receipt right infront of her. When I received my lemonades they were horrible. Foamy as heck, I had to throw them both away. Employees were rude as if they didn’t want to be there.

I've been going here for years and I've always noticed an inconsistency with the quality of the pretzels. Sometimes they will hand we a pretzel so hard it'll give me a tooth ache when I bite into it. This has happened multiple times. Also if I call the place of business for a the time of closing why when I show up before the closing time they are already closing. The ambiance is honestly mediocre. I want to keep supporting this business but most of the time it feels like they are trying to get over me. Handing me hard as a rock pretzels c'mon... I would post a picture but obviously a couldn't even purchase one. Thanks anyway :)

Recently i had the miniature hotdogs at the Greenbrier Mall location . They were pretty good , but it soon occurred to me that it's exactly the kind of thing a small child might choke upon . I suggest making them a wee bit bigger . All Chesapeake residents are asked to boycott Amazon and Walmart Stores . Through a program of non-violent non-cooperation , we can stop them all . If you ever wondered why life is so hard for local businesses , there is your answer .

I’d give zero stars if I could. Made a mobile purchase on March 9th and went in to pick it up. Got the bag and it seemed light for what we ordered. I checked the bag and there were 2 of the 5 pretzels and 2 of the 4 cheese sauces. I went back up to the counter and asked where the rest was. A girl in the back said the rest was refunded. I asked why and they said there were no pepperoni pretzels and the guy gave me another receipt. A week later there was still no refund and only the original amount posted to my bank account.I contacted Auntie Anne’s guest relation and they apologized and said they’d put in a message for store management to reach out to me in no more than 72 hours. Guest relations called back after the 72 hours and asked if it was still posted to my account which it was and apologized again. I asked about why the store hadn’t called and they said there was a message that they could see that the store refused the refund. The store never reached out and charged us way more than they should have for what we got. I would steer clear of this place at all costs.

Hey! You!

I purchased three cinnamon Sugar Pretzels, from the Greenbrier Mall location, for $13.35 with tax. One was for myself and the other 2, for my Daughter's.We didn't eat our Pretzels until we arrived home. When I took a bite out of my Pretzel, it tasted very strongly of baking soda. I know that Pretzels get soaked in a baking soda water mixture, before cooking, but these were either soaked to long or there was too much baking soda. Probably why the Pretzels had a ton of the cinnamon Sugar mixture on them.My Daughter's Pretzel tasted the same BS. We won't be returning.I would have given a 3 rating if not for the strong chemical taste.Thank you

Our pretzels was nice fresh. They definitely fell off. Will not be going back to this location.

Yesterday after I ordered my lunch I waited 12 mins for a mini dog order , I noticed one of the auntie Anne's workers walk past me and into their little booth. She came back out and put hand sanitizer on her gloves! and then wiped her hands ( W THE GLOVES ON ) into her pants !!! DISGUSTING! She then turns around goes back into their booth and begin making pretzels with the same gloves she just put hand sanitizer on!!!!! WHAT HAPPEN TO CHANGING UR GLOVES??? CROSS CONTAMINATION?!!! SO DISGUSTED I TOOK THE ORDER AND THREW IT RIGHT INTO THE GARBAGE !! AUNTIE ANNES WILL NEVER SEE MY MONEY EVER AGAIN .

If I could do no stars for this place I would. Ordered a bunch of food for the Super Bowl from their website and I go pick up my food they didn’t even know I was coming because they were confused when I asked to pick up my order and then they said well we don’t have some of your food anymore, what kind of place promotes the Super Bowl and provides a service like this and you order your food well in advance and they don’t prepare it for you so when you were ready to pick it up at their specific time it’s ready, will no longer be going here again
