I ordered a coffee and a chicken and roasted peppers wrap, I get to work and I open the chicken and roasted peppers wrap to eat it… I see a sheet of mold on top of the wrap! My question is, how do you see that and still serve it to a customer?? You think the customer won’t come back to tell you?? They refunded me but that’s absolutely DISGUSTING!!

Last week, I placed an online order for mom's makin cookies. When I arrived to the store, I was told the flavor wasn't in-stock. And, I'd have to contact customer service for a refund.
After contacting customer service, I was told someone would call me to resolve the issue in 48 hours. No one called. Therefore, customer service was contacted again.
This time, I received a call from the District Manager, Pam. She was very kind, and provided a resolution for my issue.
Today, I returned to the store, and spoke with the GM Shawn. Shawn was very apologetic for my experience, and stated the matter should have been resolved, prior to me leaving. Shawn, and his employee, Angel, provided me with exceptional customer service.
I received a full refund, and ice cream for the inconvenience. I'd definitely return, but would order in store!

I had ordered a cake weeks before a party. When I arrived, i was given this cake and told me to have a nice day. I left the and had to scramble for a replacement. There is no way that they didn't know the cake had been damaged, and it would have been a simple thing to have replaced it before I saw it.

Went there at 19 min to 8pm. Open sign on. Girl in hoodie signs to my husband when he tries to open the door (cut off,) he points to his watch , then she jumps down behind the counter. Another vehicle comes as we pull away from this no good employee and she runs over and cuts the lights off. Still before 8 pm. Rotten store and employees. Can't get anyone to answer on the phone today to speak to. Don't go there! Not worth it.

They were out of a lot of flavors of ice cream. I drove 15 miles to get Jamoca almond fudge and they were totally out!! What a bomber?But the cashier was very nice.

Showed up 8:14 on a Thursday. Google shows closing at 9. They were closed with employees walking out. Might need to update hours open for those searching establishments while traveling

Was hoping they still had the Chocolate Blast. Unfortunately the answer is no. Also they were out of Chocolate ice cream.
Wonderful experience. All employees super nice, especially Connis. He was very nice to my kiddo, letting him order his donut. Everyone had smiles and we even got a dinosaur hat with his ice cream creation.

This store never has all of the menu items, even before the pandemic. The employees don’t want to be there and it just is a bad experience everytime. Not the Baskin Robbins I remember growing up.

Basking Robbins is my favorite ice cream place, but this location has the worst customer service. Ice cream are not labeled. The employees don't even know what ice creams they have. My family went there because is the location closer to our house, but next time we will go to another place. We got some milkshakes and they barely put ice cream in it. Come on!! They are almost $6 and they tasted like milk. Also, the scoops of ice cream were very small and ice cream was super soft. When outside the temperature was 38F. I'm very disappointed! Basking Robbins is better than this!!

They are the only Baskin Robins that doesn’t fill your DoorDash order. They don’t know how to fresh pack ice cream. I’m pretty sure they lose a lot of customers daily. Next review is contacting Baskin Robins to make sure they know how much this store is ruining their name.
