Most of the case was not labeled for flavors. The worker couldn't even tell which was which because it wasn't labeled on their side either. I ended up with coconut with pecans instead of pralines and cream.The case is so frosted over she could barely see the ice cream gallons closest to her side.My ice cream had a frost layer like it was freezer burnt.

Walked in at 7:39 on Sept 4th. 2 workers behind the counter. Unknown number of workers in the back. Stood there waiting for help. All workers laughing and talking. Workers did not address us or ask if we needed help! Won't ever be back again! Tried to find the name of the owner or manager on the website. He or she was a no show as well.

Nothing advertised was available so I ended up getting two scoops in the only cone they had which was the smallest waffle cone you've ever seen. They proceeded to put two tablespoons of ice cream in it and charged $5. They said that they were under new management and that they had not been trained or taught how to do any of it. I will find a different ice cream shop

I've gotten terrific ice cream here before and been very pleased. This weekend was a completely different story and I hope it was a one-off. The big tubs of ice cream were mostly unlabeled so we couldn't tell what kind was available. Two scoop portions - both in a cone and a cup - were smaller than child size. Literally 2 large tablespoons. When we asked the workers about it they looked at us blankly and said that's what it was supposed to be. We didn't even finish ordering for our whole party because I wasn't going to spend $6 for 1/3 cup of ice cream. Just a bummer.

Absolutely not. This place is the worst establishment in America.Brought my son in for a celebratory ice cream and there were four dead flies in the ice cream freezer, all ice cream buckets were frost bitten, and none of the ice cream buckets were labeled. When I asked the server what flavor the bucket was, he had no idea.Once I acknowledged how poor the service and state of product they were selling, the employee exclaimed "this is a donut shop and I only work here, don't blame me." I recommend you approach this establishment with a 10ft pole and find an alternative dessert location. This place should be shut down by the health board immediately.Terrible ambiance.

I would give this place no stars if it was an option. lack of service is a huge. once ran. I went thru the drive thru tonight. Wednesday July 26th, and was asked to drive forward to place my order. After sitting in line for 20 minutes I asked for a hot fudge sundae only to be told they were out of sundaes. I don't understand that comment. out of ice cream, hot fudge, whip cream, cherries, etc? sounds to me like the restaurant should be closed.Why are they even open.

They don't have what their web site says they have. My husband wanted a Mocha blast. He was told they only have Cappuccino... what !?!? Their menu shows Baseball Nut... don't have that either. Husband was told they only carry it in April. That's a first ! Any BR I've gone to has it all summer. We will not be going back to this BR ever again. Highly disappointed !!!

Slow and ice cream can sometimes be “stale” ie old, but they do have great birthday cake designs and who doesn’t love and ice cream cake.

I really wish zero stars was an option, i Had to jump through flaming hoops to get my money returned because no one has any clue on what’s going on here. Customer service was beyond sub par, will never order from them again

TASTY! DELICIOUS! Can't open the box until I get home. My wife doesn't believe that "a mouse must have gotten into the doughnuts story" anymore! Yes, they are addicting! Enjoy!

Worst experience I have ever had!! Michael would not listen when we ordered so already off to a bad start. I ordered a smoked vanilla cold brew and what I received was anything but. It was a cold brew with french vanilla and it had milk in it. I went in to try and explain how it was wrong and he started arguing with me telling me what I ordered and I kept telling him it was not correct but he would not stop arguing. Finally one of the other employees said they would remake it and they were obviously very dissatisfied with his attitude. They apologized for his actions and actually made a really good coffee.

This is bad.They say they are open till 10 but we went and they close at 8:00 like in the summer really.And change there time online.And they had there open sign was open.So I called and they were so rude they need to make some changes….
