I do daily catering orders with Ms. Jackie and her crew at this location and time is always very important for me to get to the event that I need to be at. Ms. Jackie and her crew are increadible with customer service, and with their timeliness. The food is always consistantly incredible and it's matched by the atmosphere. Keep up the great work and I look forward to each event I do because of the staff at this Chesapeake Bojangles and that starts with Ms. Jackie!!

Food and overall experience was great but I mainly want to comment about the young man working the register on 10/23/24 around 12:30 PM. He is the definition on good customer service. Smart, quick and knows what he’s doing. Cudos to you my man, you do your job and with your attitude you’ll go far in life.

I didn’t eat my order. I returned it as soon as I seen my order was messed up with mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw. The container was disgusting and sticky. My desert was missing, that wasn’t surprising I heard the staff saying no treat, but they still gave me the order. I’m glad I overheard that but I didn’t it was about my order, until I checked it.

If I could give -0 stars I definitely would!!! Bojangles is an expensive place to buy chicken....with that being said I spent $50 for food I PRESUMED would be AT THE LEAST OK!!! Well... Tiffany is an awful manager the way she runs her shift is lazy!!! They gave me hard biscuits (after I asked them if they were fresh) and then had the odasity to tell me that I always complain!! Let me remind you I spent half of $100!!!!! That IS MOST DEFINITELY something to complain about for dry Chicken (which I didn't even mention). And hard biscuits!!!! Customer service is important PEOPLE!!!!! Word of mouth is EVERYTHING!!!! SO PLEASE DO NOT FEED PEOPLE FOOD YOU KNOW DANG ON WELL YOU WOULD NOT EAT YOURSELF!!! AND FYI TO MS KENNEDY ....YOU MAY NEED TO TAKE THE CLASS AGAIN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! JACQUELINE IF YOU ARE TIRED THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE! The new buffalo wings were so salty. They seemed like they put more sauce in the serving tray than they put on the wings. If I didn't have high blood pressure before, I ate the wings. I know for sure I had it afterwardsm.

How does a chicken restaurant never have chicken? My second time going there and they tell me they only have breasts and legs. Conversation went something like this.. Let me have an 8 piece with all breasts and legs..."well that's gonna be an up charge because breasts are bigger pieces of meat". You are forcing me to get that cause you don't have any other chicken cooked at 7:30 pm and you close at 10, so how you gonna give me an upcharge? How long before more chicken is cooked? 30 minutes.. are you kidding me? However, the drive thru worker was courteous and the establishment looked clean but how do you not have chicken ready and you sell chicken? I dont get it. ???
