Branches Tasting Room

Very consistent spot, love the ambiance and the wine! This is not a place for food but the small item and charcuterie they have are great. Sometimes they have live music which I love. They also have cute like events such as tastings with like cookie pairing and other activities. You can also get an excellent fun mixed drink.

Burrito likes this place as basically the only option for this locally. They only do small bites and have no full kitchen. Tonight, we sat up there for over an hour, drank an entire bottle of wine, and still never got our flat bread pizza and dips. The kitchen at this establishment cannot keep up with the speed of service. This is not the first time this has happened to us at this here. The servers are slow. They need to have dedicated bartenders and dedicated servers and food staff and stop trying to make their sad staff do three plus jobs at a time. They can’t do it on a busy night, their 8th anniversary for example. Plus is that they found us seating in a packed house on a short wait. We like it overall, but they definitely need some help from experienced staffing. Dumpling agrees. Gin and Tonic says there were too many cooks in the kitchen, the kitchen being the bar.

What a perfect evening for my night of travel. Amanda and Courtney were wonderful hosts and I really enjoyed my conversation with them. My bourbon apple hot honey flatbread was so tasty! I can’t wait to have my apple cheesecake later. This place is a must and offers the best girls dinner possible!

Wow. Wow. Wow. If I could give 10 stars hands down I would. We were traveling from SC staying near by. And we love love love a good wine. I saw the photos of the charcuterie and my husband and I had to visit. And Branches didnt disappoint. Courtney took care of us. We chose the wines perfect for us. Enjoyed a glass or two... or three of amazing wine. The charcuterie was simply amazing. Packed full of flavor and value! Wow. Left overs is totally unheard of. Our 12 year old even managed to find something he enjoyed. And he said dessert was 10 stars too. This is our A++++ wine place in VA and we will be back. ;)

Branches is a 10/10 on all fronts. Julie, the owner, is phenomenal. She’s super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and a superb business owner! Everyone who knows her loves her! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The food is always fantastic. They rotate a special menu for each season and it’s always such a great incentive to come in and try the new foods that will without a doubt be delicious. The vibe is so cozy, intimate, and friendly. We love everything about this place!

If youre not sure what to try, just ask the team for suggestions. They'll ask what you normally like to drink and take it from there- they're amazing! Great flatbreads, cheese plates, and chicken salad!

Good wine

Love the food and wine flights! Best service from Courtney.

Passing through on a trip and stayed at a hotel nearby. Saw they had live music and good reviews so decided to try. Not disappointed! The musician, Jim Masters was great and personable, the staff so nice, food unique and yummy. Highly recommend, and sorry we live so far away we can’t visit more often!

Had a wonderful first visit to Branches tonight! Great food, great wine selection, fair prices, and excellent service and ambience. I’ll definitely be back, hoping that our awesome server Alesia will be there again too!

Drove all the way out here for the lady to write on the door the say they are closed for a private event. I guess I'll mark this one off my list of places to try. What a shame and waist of gas!

We had a lovely time stopping in for a flight of wine. Lexy did a superb job of appeasing my pallet with her selections of wine for me. We had the Peachy Beachy flat bread and the flavor profiles were tantalizing to our taste buds.
