Worse customer service we have never received. We will not ever go back. It was 15 minutes before we were able to place our drink order and then another 20 minutes to place our food order. Our appetizer sat under a warmer while our so-called waitress was socializing with a male customer. We finally gave up paid for our tea and left. If I could give you minus stars I surely would.

I love this place. The food is good but the fries are my favorite! The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was very sweet. I have a large family of 6, and every waitress has been amazing with the kids. I can't wait to come back. Also, the ranch tastes like homemade butter made ranch!! It's amazing.

My girlfriend and I decided to try bubbas after a friend suggested it to us for a dinner date, and we absolutely love the atmosphere and the food. Easily some of the best fries at any sit down restaurant here in Hampton Roads, and the Sunshine burger is amazing. We’ve gone back multiple times and haven’t had a bad experience.Parking: Large parking lot, even when super busy it doesn’t get full.
