Never even ate just got up and left. Claims the deal on their website that clearly does not say carry out only was available. I pulled up their site and showed him the deal we wanted (did not say online that it was online only and I showed him) and was told we can’t do that. Even tho it’s just the waiter himself refusing to help us. Didn’t get the guys name but it’s 2-10-2025 at 12:20. Now we just left for somewhere else

This place is gross.
I go to the Virginia Beach One and it’s a lot better. I asked someone for blazin hot three times and they thought I was saying I wanted plates. Customer service is horrible. I feel like they only treat a certain type of person the right way and I am not that person. The manager is not that friendly and is super mean and was not helpful whatsoever. But if you ever go to the Virginia Beach one their are super nice and the
Bartender Brenda was amazing.

I have tried several different buffalo wild wings and the food has gone down hill at them all. I recommend going elsewhere for wings.

I’ll just come right to it, the wings were terrible. I ordered mild bone-in wings. They were small and just drowning in a sauce that was too salty. Additionally, they were tough and tasted like they were cooked hours ago. Sadly, the frozen chicken wings I purchase at Trader Joe’s and cook in my air fryer are better that what I had tonight. I think I know where I will be getting my wings from in the future.

Ordered a drink and 6 wings at the bar. They came out just about the same time. How wings come out as fast as a drink? I took one bite of the wings and asked for my check. I paid for 6 wings and almost a full drink. Now I remember why I don’t come here anymore. Why send out some old doctored up wings? No quality control.

The food was good but the service was very slow. There seemed to be plenty of waitstaff but they did not seem to be effective. We had a long wait to sit, then to take our orders and then some of us were done eating before the food came out for the last person.

i usually never write reviews, but i am upset due to the chicken being hard and not getting the correct order. the order was a 20pc Mango Habanero WINGS. out of “20 wings”, i got 18 drums and 2 wings , along with the chicken tasting old and being real hard🥲.

Buffalo Wild Wings, more like Buffalo we don't want your business. We were traveling from out of state and wanted to stop for the Michigan vs Ohio State game. We had 4 families so we called 3 days ahead of time to give them the heads up and were told they could handle our group. When we arrived today, they said are you the group that called ahead. We said yes and then were told they aren't ready or prepared for us. We even offered to move the tables in the empty dining area. We were told no. We just wanted to sit down and were willing to wait for service. If you want to know how you let $500 worth of business walk out the door, come here and ask. They do not care about the customer. Recovery Sports Bar accommodated us with no notice, and we got excellent food and service. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you want to be treated with value.

Such a disappointment to end our family vacation this way. We are from different states and called days ahead to let them know that we had a large group coming to eat lunch, as we wanted to watch The Game together before going our separate ways. When we called they encouraged us that we could just show up and we would be fine as they don’t do “reservations” it was not that way when we arrived. We showed up to an almost empty restaurant, and were told they only had 1 server and we couldn’t even sit down at a table. Maybe if they would spend more money hiring people rather than commercials encouraging people to come in, only to be refused maybe this review would be different. It’s sad when another customer tells us we would be better off going to Recovery down the road because they know this location has gone down hill. After eating at Recovery it was a completely enjoyable experience for our family to be together and eat better quality food.

Called ahead for seating and was told to come on down. Got there and they said they didn't have enough servers. They said you can't sit down at all even though most tables were empty. We even asked to just sit down at a table and wait for an available server and we're told we can't sit down. Unbelievable. How do you run a business like this. We went elsewhere and so should you.

We came in with our party of 16 after we already called ahead. When we got there they were not prepared for us. They said due to the lack of servers we had to wait 10-15 to be seated. We said that we would be fine and we would wait that long at our table for food or drinks, but they wouldn't even let us sit down. After they continued to refuse service we took our business to Recovery down the road.

We ordered our food and we’re told our food would arrive staggered, as it was made/cooked. However, we were very surprised that staggered would mean up to 50 mins between the first meal arriving and the last person receiving their food. When I spoke with the manager, Solomon, he said the system was set up that way….that doesn’t sound right to me….We usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings by Towne Center and we always get our food around the same time. I’m bummed because we had a really negative experience here but next time we in the area and want BWW we will have to take the drive to Towne Center where the service is a 10/10 every time….

Just had worst dine in experience of my life. Buffalo Wild Wings isn’t known for high quality service, but tonight’s service was far below what you get at other locations. I did not mind waiting for 15mins to be seated, most restaurants at this time were just as busy. As soon as we were seated it took an additional 20-25 mins to have our waiter come over for the first time and take our drink order. We had been waiting for awhile at that point and also put in an order for an appetizer and entree. After getting our drinks 5-10 later it would be another 25mins before we were checked on and our waitress told us she forgot about us and accidentally threw away our order ticket. after placing Our order for a 2nd time are food came out in what would be considered a normal amount of time. When our food got to us, the burger I ordered was terrible. I’ve order a Burger at 5 different Buffalo Wild Wings Locations, the one I had tonight was so much worse than normal. It was coated in a fat layer of salt and pepper. I am a large man and this was the first time I’ve ever not finished a burger, it was that awful. Terrible food, terrible service.

Went here at about midnight since it says they're open til about 1am. They closed their dining room at midnight so we could only get take out. No worries, i get it. Cashier left 3 times in the middle of us ordering. I asked for a military discount to the cashier and the manager came over. He asked to see my military ID again, which is fine, but then he said, " You seemed like a dependent. Just making sure." Are you kidding me? That was so rude and sexist. Plus the wings were super dry. Very disappointed in this visit.
