I can’t believe how good the triple bacon burger was! French fries and tots were also amazing! Lots of tvs! Will definitely be back!

This place was good before Covid alway had good nice people working there, now it hard to call a order in Sunday I waited over 1 hour for 20 bone in wings, and Corporate willn't return message The manager have send message to them and they still have answers me Back I have over 1500 hundreds points that the App want let me use.

Where do I start. Rude, arrogant, self centered, dare I say inconsiderate. I came in with a group of 16 (we called ahead 2 days ago) ready to eat tons of food and watch some football (Michigan) until we were rudely told that we weren’t allowed to sit down because of the lack of servers. I wouldn’t want to work with them either so makes sense. We asked many times if we could simply just sit no food yet and they still said no in a very stern way. My family and the rest felt very victimized by their presence in the room. We left and immediately went to Recovery where we were extremely satisfied.

Bree was absolutely amazing!! She was always making sure I had everything from my drink never getting less than half full to if I need anything!!! HIGHLY recommend her very attentive and a great attitude!!!!

The wings were ordered as well- done or crispy, they weren't. The pretzels were good, but the cheese was barely enough to cover the bottom of the little cup. They are under staffed and it shows. I've had much better experiences here, this was not a good one.

Don't order food to go here. The last three times we got food to go the order was incomplete. Had Uber Eats deliver an order today, missing part of the order. Had to call three times before we could get a person on the phone (the automated service automatically hangs up on you if they take too long to answer at the restaurant) and their only resolution is for us to come pick up the missing part of the order - which defeats the purpose of delivery...and we already paid for the delivery. Last time this happened we opted to not go back up and they offered a refund and food credit. Figured we'd redeem the food credit from last time while we're picking up today's messed up order, but they "don't know how to look up from previous days". Horrible service. Don't bother ordering from here.

The food was late and took almost 20 minutes between our first plate and the last plate to land. The food was not prepared properly. They complained about being short staffed but continued to seat more tables.

Our waitress was amazing and none of this is her fault at all, whoever is running this place is at fault here. Beer was flat even the replacement. Nachos, mozzarella sticks, onion rings all ice cold. chicken wings tasted like cigarettes for some reason, can’t fault someone for being understaffed but I can for serving really bad food. The 3 stars above are only for the lovely waitress I hope she gets paid well cause Lordy. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but i felt like giving the American people a warning.
