I have mixed feelings about this location. At times, the food and service is excellent. Other times, everything is subpar.
Tonight, my husband and I placed a to go order. We waited approximately 20 minutes for our food, and the quality was disappointing. The wings were over cooked, the fries were cold and the mozzarella sticks were cold inside. In addition, they gave us 1 ranch and 1 blue cheese dressing for 40 wings. I’m so glad that I checked our order before we left…they had forgotten our French fries.
We will not be returning to this location any time soon.

Excellent service! Conner was killing it. Wings were perfection, service was top notch! Refreshing these days.
I have mixed feelings about this location. I ultimately think the root of the problems are management, staffing issues, and consistency. My party of 2 sat at down at the bar to order food to go and have a beer while we waited (id say a third of the restaurant was occupied). The first 10 mins there was absolutely no one was behind the bar. Once the bartender appeared they were serving other people for the next 15 mins before greeting us. Waiting 25 mins at this point we had already found a menu ourselves and were ready to order, but the bartender proceeded to help other customer before taking our order. I want to make it clear that I am not mad at the bartender. Every time she spoke to us she was very calm and kind. It seemed that she was taking on other responsibilities when she should have just been able to (wo)man the bar. The food times are incredible here, it just seems that the managers dont care about the actual service of the customers. They should be able to help facilitate service, especially if they are understaffed. To the managers of the establishment, you should support your entire staff- not just the kitchen.

We called ahead and were told one thing over the phone, but after driving 45 minutes from North Carolina to get there, the staff and manager gave us completely different information. To make matters worse, what was posted online did not match what we were told at this location. The inconsistency and lack of accountability were extremely disappointing. After such a long drive, we expected honesty and reliability, not confusion and poor communication. Highly dissatisfied with the experience and will think twice before returning.

Food is good, but service to include the pickup counter service is far below. Ordered an asap to go order and it gave me a pickup time of 440, which was about a half hour from when I ordered. Showed up to pickup at 440 and was told 10 more minutes. Then it wasnt until 510 that the food came out. So it took a extra half hour than expected to get our food.

This location was a let down especially compared to the Greenbrier location. We came here because that location was closed. The wings here were over cooked and they didn't have any sauce on them at all. We ordered a peach spiked lemonade and did not take any alcohol in it at all. The bartender claim he went by the recipe but it appeared he was too busy focused on his phone and the fries were cold. This was a complete disappointment and we won’t be returning.

Only one waitress taking care of all the customers. Service was slow due to waitress was inattentive. Good thing it was not crowded otherwise it would be extremely slow.

This is a perfect example why us door dashers get bad reviews and 1 stars because of people like this who bagged this order. Complete lack of professionalism and complete lack of care. I fix the order before giving it to the customer but I also shared the pictures with the customer. Terrible.

We arrived in between lunch and dinner hours so the place was practically empty. Our server was amazing and very kind. We were quite impressed with the bottomless appetizers, not only for their deliciousness but how easily we fed the 9 of us for so cheap. Add in a few wings, and we had some pretty happy campers.
