This place is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered online and had 50 wings, and they were out of bourbon bbq allegedly, decided to never tell me until I caught that our order had un-sauced wings. Then, they tell me after I went back inside they were out of the sauce, never mentioned it when I picked it up. So thanks, if I didn't check I would've been stuck with chicken nuggets basically.

The wings are good, but pricey, and the service was awful. The waitress could barely speak, making it impossible to hear her. She somehow completely forgot about someone's beer. Also, the food took forever to come out. The place was almost empty, it should not have taken long. Lastly, the bathroom did not have any paper towels. It can't be hard to keep the paper towels stocked. Overall, not a good experience at this BWW location.

We've given this place too many retries. It is absolutely ridiculous. This place has gone downhill since COVID. My family and I used to go here all the time before COVID and never had an issue. We went yesterday and it was just awful. There was barely any tables filled (I can see why). We asked for an order of fried pickles and never got them. The order took too long. The fries looked like the oil hasn't been changed in awhile. Also the people behind our table were complaining about their food. TRUST THE REVIEWS! Dont is waste your money!

I love coming to this BDubs, I've been here many times. Breanna was great today and even though they were a little short staffed, the food came out hot and great and she didn't miss a beat. And this is how it usually is here, I come in for wings and I eat wings and I never have a complaint. It's consistent.Love you BDubs, never change.
