Horrible customer service, especially the manager.
Here customers are always wrong and they're always right.
Very COLD food.
had to ask for almost everythibg to be cooked fresh...called ahead for crablegs..said they had them waited over 25min..they brought iyt abt 20 unflavored crablegs, tasting like yesterday..gad ro ask for fresh..shrimp..nuggets..chicken..bread hard..this used to ve great..then at the end my son felt water dripping on his arm..waitress ran to get manager he came with a stick with cloth tied around it....so this must be recurring..said get another plate or he cld move us..lol..right...read full review
