This place is one of the only CONSISTENTLY AMAZING places I have ever known. They never have a bad day and let it show. The employees are so sweet and accommodating. The burgers rival those of the famous Jack Browns, and honestly- I would go to Burger Haven given the choice between the two. If you are dying for the perfect burger, do your soul a favor and eat here.

I used to think this place was the best burger in town but after my last encounter with them I’ll never go back. Went one night and got 3 combos. Me and my family all tasted that something was off and it turned out to be the lettuce and it tasted bad and like dish soap and one of the orders was messed up was supposed to be double cheeseburger but was single. I called numerous times before I could get someone and the service was not helpful so I went up there the next day after explaining the situation the night prior and no one was any help and said the manager was out of town. And told me I couldn’t get a partial refund for the bad burgers. An employee proceeds to tell me they can’t give me a refund because I don’t have a receipt that I was never given but the order was in the system.

Stopped in for a work day lunch and was a little concerned that the place was nearly empty, but my concern was unfounded. They were doing a steady business in take out order, including the local city work crews, who almost always know the best lunch spots. Atmosphere was pretty typical of a converted chain fast food building, but has the advantage of not having background music blaring.
I tried the single lettuce wrap burger, which was flavorful, well made and included a sauce which accented the meat and veggies. The fries are thick with a crispy exterior and tender core, rich with potato flavor. The combo was in the $12-13 range and was good value for the money. Definitely coming back to try the zucchini sticks and some of the other burgers.

The food hot and service was great. The French fries were delicious and they have a house sauce on the burger that was good. You can order the hamburger any way you want it. For people that are on low carb diets they had a lettuce wrap hamburger as well. I went through the drive through because I was in a hurry. I am definitely going back.

Literally the BEST CHEESEBURGER I've had in a long time! Ordered my meal through the drive through, super easy and very quick getting my order. Since it was my first visit, I got the basic #1 combo and the burger was so perfect, it looked too good to be true! Neatly wrapped in foil and then half wrapped in paper, it had the perfect amount of condiments, the meat was delicious and had the 'smashburger' thing going on with crispy edges and the special sauce was yummy!! The fries were cooked crispy with fluffy insides. This was the most delicious fast food cheeseburger & fries I've had in forever!!
