I placed an order through the app for a junior whopper with cheese once I received my burger. I didn't realize it was no cheese on it so I took it back. The lady in the drive-through window took the same exact burger. I had out of my hand, slapped a piece of cold cheese up there and returned it to me since when is that acceptable?

Drive through is closed no matter how open the location is. Person on the intercom will tell you to come inside and order. Negates the whole reason for one.
Be prepared to wait an awkward hour in the dining room while your food is being begrudgingly prepared.
No ruling to be had here.
Super expensive too.

Big Zero.!! Ordered sausage bacon croissant, no sausage (this early???) Got ham instead. So got my breakfast croissant,,No ham and alot of end pieces of bacon, not 1 bacon strip. Was charge for coffee and no jelly ketchup and I ask for all of it

This place was Disgusting. They I ordered chicken fries, medium French fries, and a double cheeseburger. Oh I also ordered my son a 6 piece chicken nugget meal. Oh boy this place was full of disappointment. The chicken nugget was OVER FRIED(can use as a hockey puck), they gave me the wrong burger (I think It was something that they wanted to get rid of), also the fries was old and not fresh. I work hard for my money and for this to even happen is embarrassing. I would have prefer to go to McDonalds at that point. Just save your time and go somewhere else to eat. Save your money and just make the burger at home at this point.

Service is terrible. Waiting for coffee refill, one person looked at me and turned around and leaned on the counter and looked at her cell phone. (FrontLine). I guess personal conduct before business?
I am ashamed of what I saw. Personnel in back with gloves on making sandwiches scrolling through cell phone with another Personnel talking with her. I bet she didn't change those gloves before making another sandwich.
The lady with long hair was the only person who was working the hardest. Servicing majority of the customers.

Went here 3 nights ago. That's what they were doing. On the phones. Smh enough said. They had no soda only bottle water. And they said they were out of alot of products. Each car in the drive thru took about closely to 10 minutes. When I pulled up to the drive thru. I paid my money. Then they pulled out their phones and, well there you have it.
Who’s running this place?! Slowest BK I’ve ever been to in my life… waited 20 min in line for food. 5 just to have someone answer me to take my order and no one was ing front of us! The the worst customer service. Employees just leaning back on the counters on their phones looking like they couldn’t care less about everyone’s orders. Shorted us chicken and churros on our last trip. Maybe we will try again once the service gets better in the future. Definitely questionable.

Night shift crew . EXTREMELY RUDE. Did not speak or apologize for my wait . Group standing in the back talking while I waited 20 mins on my food . I order 10 mins before I got there and still had to wait and be treated terribly. Extremely disappointed

The worst Burger King I've ever been to, hands down. I very rarely leave a review for a business. If I do, it's usually positive. The 3 experiences I've had have been just the worst. Most recent was my BOGO original chicken sandwich order. What gets me was instead of them telling me they don't have the chicken patties for it they take a half burnt circular pattie and squished it to make it look elongated to fit the "sub-style" sandwich. Even doing that, I had about half an inch of bread on either side. So yeah, there's my experience. Just wanted share it. Picture I took of the pattie is broken in half from being squeezed.
