9:30 pm refused to take my order
Would give zero stars if I could. This place should just close down at this point. Customer service is awful. No one is ever at the dive thru and dinning area is closed. It’s just not the Sam’s was it use to be. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

I should be able to go and get breakfast but because nobody wants to work they are not open any longer for breakfast which is an absolute disappointment
Ordered from doordash 7-28-25 roughly 3:30 I meant to order at the Fordham Drive location but the app redirected my order to this location for some reason because I know this location is very sketchy, I ordered the cheese tot things which I never received, whopper I customized was mostly correct no onion rings though, fries where definitely sitting out for awhile, hersheys pie is 🔥🔥🔥, this place definitely needs new management and proper staff training
Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes waiting for our food. Couldn't tell you about atmosphere because dine in was closed.
People inside were singing and dancing, looking at their phones.

After being the the drive thru line for a lengthy period, my order was STILL not correct. And COLD. How?? The young workers were playing around inside. It appears that they are not actually taking the orders until each request has been filled slowly 1 by 1. The doors were locked with a sign that read: Dine in area is unavailable. Seriously? I had to get back in line and return my order for a refund. Yuck and yikes! Management needs to do an ENTIRE overhaul of this location. Do better Burger King. Smh.

This particular Burger King needs a hard reset. Anytime I purchase an Impossible Whopper and you give me a regular whopper in place of it without telling me, that’s a problem. And management had no problem with it. Then she said she gave me a full refund and threw my receipt away, but I never saw the refund. She did that so I wouldn’t give them a bad review. In all honesty, the only time they get an order right is during breakfast.

Just drove through the drive thru, and there is a handwritten note stating they are close. I can clearly see people in there just standing around. Must be nice getting paid to do nothing.

They were closed at 4pm on a Saturday. No reason given.
I'm just done with this place.
Two days in a row it was closed in the middle of the day. Before that, I tried to make an order and this restaurant turned the drive-through lane into a parking lot. I was trapped for a ridiculous amount of time until the people behind me also had their fill and left, allowing me to finally back out of the drive-through lane and leave.
Honestly, I've never had a complaint about the food. Be that as it may, from the standpoint of systems and process, this restaurant appears to be highly dysfunctional. Is it personnel? Equipment? Poor management? I don't know, but I can tell you for certain that it's never a sure bet that they're going to be open when they're supposed to be. And when they are open, you might be sitting in the drive-through lane just aging before you get to even make your order let alone receive it.
Again, the food has never been a problem, and I've never been treated rudely by the employees here. But functionally, this place is an abject cluster.
Upon my life, I will never darken the door of this establishment again.
Burger King, whoever the franchise owner is, you need to buy them out. Or shut down their operation. It's utterly pathetic and a terrible reflection on your company.

Drive thru line was VERY long. Ordered thru the app. Only got a whopper. Employees clearly were in no rush to get customers their orders. It got there when it got there. Poor management and employee morale!
