Went today ordered a combo for breakfast. Asked for a cup the lady behind in the kitchen was like you get your cup when the food ready. The girl working the drive thru got me my cup . All the sodas were flat and there was no ice. The side doors were bolted shut and I found a door that was open. On a positive note my food was hot.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would I came in with the free whopper coupon and because I didn't have a pen the lady wouldn't take my coupon even though I showed her the code on my phone. Any other burger king doesn't give me any problems it's not even that deep it's always the ugly ones that give you the most problems🤦🏿♂️

Didn't get any food went up to the door it was locked the drive-in was open took forever finally got out of line when we had waited forever at the menu kiosk and asked is anyone there and we're told that they do with us in just a minute and got tired of waiting and left

Customer service at this location is terrible. Making a simple burger shouldn’t be difficult especially when the company literally provides instructions on how to assemble it. And for a place that calls itself fast food, nothing here is fast except the downward spiral of this franchise.

This one needs to get shut down ASAP. The workers were so high they couldn’t figure out how to use the card reader to take payment. All the food was absolutely wrong and half was missing. Wouldn’t fix the messed up food or give the food that was missing and wouldn’t give money back. The wait time for messed up food was insane. Over 30 minutes.

100% they are going to mess your order up, half of their staff is absolutely baked, they are so high they will forget that they haven't given you your food and then ask why your holding up their drive thru. If they haven't given you your food they will just insist they have and you will never get your money back please just save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

What happen to this store, , somet the lobby is closed, they said short hand I was a regular customer, but no more, I goes to McDonald's up the road.

I asked for fresh food twice and was disappointed twice. Mozzarella sticks so old the cheese was brown. The Jr. Whopper with cheese was missing the pickles tomato and lettuce, not mention do cold dry and old the ketchup was staining the bun. Disrespectful and very nasty. The manager brought my food out and promised me it was done well and fresh, smh. If you don't take pride and value in what you are doing don't work in the food business! Don't serve others something you wouldn't eat yourself. Pre made sandwiches that you put in the microwave is disgusting poor customer service quality of service and judgment of your character.

Don't go here!! I've went here so many times and they always have either cold or dry burgers. I just ordered a few whoppers and they were all dry, no mayo, no ketchup, NOT EVEN LETTUCE. All the other burger kings I've ate at were so nice and had great food, but this burger king is just disgusting.

The person at the drive thru walked off and checked out without even giving us our order on Saturday 10/11 and tried to tell us it had already been picked up an hour ago when I had just placed the order 20 mins ago, poor customer service 😑

I call this the dirty Burger King the floors be dirty your food be sloppy and cold I witnessed the workers be outside smoking cigarettes with they apron on talking on their phones and come right back in and serve food ain’t wash no hands They just have very very poor service what they really need to do is REMODEL THE BUILDING GET IT CLEANED UP
