I would rate 0 if I could. It's 9am and they're taking orders and then moving people up to fool their clock to wait on their orders. It's been 20 mins and nothing yet. She brought out two orders and when I asked the status of my order she said yeah. I asked what does yeah mean and she said it's coming out. Well duh...when??? I don't understand how they're still in business.Update: 30 mins still waiting. I went inside to ask for a refund and the girl from before with the attitude said oh here's your food. The manager wasn't much help she said is everything ok? I said you took the order and could've given us the option to wait 30 mins for our food. She said the cook was the only one back there, and that they didn't know it would take that long. I said yes you did there were 4 or more cars waiting so you had an idea. Just excuses. No sorry for your wait or anything. Just attitudes and excuses. They need to close this location just as they did on Great Bridge; sadly for the same reasons. My food was nasty. The croissants looked like someone stepped on them and the crowns of them were stuck to the paper. The fried egg was brown and burnt and the hash rounds were hard like rocks. They had 30 mins to prepare and still didn't even put in much effort. I didn't bother to take it back. I'll take the loss as a lesson learned and will NEVER EVER go there again.

I don’t know where to even start. I pull up to the drive thru and wait at the speaker box for probably 2 mins before I say “hello” and a women gets on and says “yes what your order”, she was rude the entire time I was trying to put my order in, when she gave me the total I was surprised she didn’t ask what type of drink for the happy meal, she said “coke” I replied “I’d like chocolate milk” she says “we don’t have that” so I asked for white milk. Secondly the screen on the far right on the drive thru isn’t working. Thirdly, finally get to the second drive thru window because the first one is blocked by coffee pots or something of that nature and no one, I mean no one acknowledges me for 5+mins, when I’m finally acknowledged they bring my child’s cold happy meal out and no drink, so I asked for the drink and that was a hassle too. The car in front of me seemed like they had their order wrong too and moved forward enough to park their car by the closest door but not leaving me enough room.When my order was finally done I’m trying to leave but because there is a cement barricade on the other side of the drive though my only option was to drive forward or backward. The car (full or 4 individuals) in front of me refused to move even as I walked up to it (I was nervous for sure because at this point I’m leaving my kid in the car and I don’t know who these people are). The car said they’re staying right here because BK told them to wait there. I said “you can’t just move your car around” they said “nope, but we’ll move if a BK employee tells us to move”. I go over and knock on the drive thru window to get someone attention and no one would come over. Thankfully I see a BK employee taking some boxes to the trash area and I ask him if anyone was coming around so I could back up and he said yes. So I still couldn’t move, but he did go and speak to the car and asked them to move around, which of course they did. The car laughed as they knew they could have just moved around but had to make it a lot more difficult and the ignorance was uncalled for.Unfortunately I will never return to this BK. Not sure what I did to that car to be so rude but they made me hate BK.

Do NOT go to this Burger King unless you want to risk getting sick by eating the remnants of an employee's feces!I was washing my hands in the restroom and noticed that an employee left the stall and did NOT was his hands. I left right behind him and immediately went to the front to ask for a manager. I spoke to "one of the managers" and informed her what I just saw. She responded that she just saw him wash his hands when he returned to the kitchen.Three thoughts:(1) Before I spoke to her, I observed her helping other customers. She did NOT have an opportunity to see anyone in the back, let alone an employee wash his hands.(2) The time that past between the employee leaving the restroom and me speaking to the manager was about 30 seconds. If he washed his hands, it was definitely NOT as thorough as anyone using the restroom should, let alone someone handling food.(3) Why would a food handler NOT wash his/her hands in the restroom... every restroom indicates that employees have to wash their hands before departing.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Corporate Burger kind conduct an inspection and re-training all the employees at this location on all policies / procedures (not just washing hands) associated with keeping customers healthy.

I put in my order at 6am. I got there at 6:15am. They didn't have the store open yet because the employees got there late. Now I'm going to be late. I came back at 7:30am. Went in and told the girl I had an order from earlier. No apologies, just we can't open the store if we don't have employees. She found my order but then went back to the drive thru windows and filled 2 more orders. Then she picked up my French toast sticks. Not with the tongs but her bare fingers! She told me they don't have the iced coffee I ordered so I got hot coffee instead. They have no flavored creamers. She put creamer in my bag. Then instead of pouring my coffee she took 2 more drive thru orders and filled them! Then she gave me my coffee. I had to ask for sugar. She wasn't friendly and never apologized. In fact before she gave my my coffee she stood there texting on her phone!!! Very RUDE. I WON'T BE BACK!

Staff was polite enough but burger king has taken a deep dive in food quality. Pretty sure none of it is real food ingredients anymore plus the presentation looks like a tweekers fever dream, just terrible.

I’m getting really tired of ordering stuff (on the app) from here and they never have it, yet every single time I go there’s a semi blocking the drive thru. Make it make sense. Not only that but they sit here and take 10+ minutes to make 2 bacon egg & cheese biscuits with no line, and ask you to move up off the sensors so their time doesn’t get messed up. You’re lucky if you even get everything that’s supposed to come on your sandwich, half the time when I make an online order the sandwich is missing items. I wasn’t even gonna write a review because I’m not really like that, but this place cannot get any worse when it comes to service. I wouldn’t be the slightest bit surprised if this location closes down before the end of 2024.

Whomever was on the drive thru at 2pm today really did not want to speak. When I got to the window she said nothing when she opened the window to take my payment and said nothing when she handed me my drink. Place wasn't very busy but she motioned by pointing that she wanted me to pull forward. I acted like I didn't understand so she would have to say something and she impolitely told me pull forward. Just like and order. She brought out the food after a few minutes and did say thank you. The whopper and fries were extremely fresh and well made. Definitely one of the top 5 whoppers I've ever had.

Burger King is still the breakfast place to go to! I appreciated having to wait a little longer for fresh food! It was really good and the coffee was fresh too!

The people are nice, but the restaurant as a whole has gone way down. Sometimes it's closed and when it is open, the food is cold. BK used to be a spot I love on the way home from work.

How do I possible give negative 5 stars. Customers were leaving and the staff said let them leave it’s not going to make me go any faster. I ordered a mobile order or here. I went to the drive-through waited 30 minutes finally got to the window for them to tell me that they’re only doing inside now. I go inside wait 30 more minutes for them to then tell me that it’s going to be a minute. They never checked me in. I never got helped. The lady was told to check me in three times never did finally got assistance and was told they didn’t have half my order. I got charged for a meal I never got the told I can fix it on the app. No one answers there company phone and the employees are rude
