This place is awful.
We all got sick after eating here last time.
Ordered in the app but they weren't even open during regular business hours a few months ago, said they didn't have enough employees.. But then couldn't cancel or refund my order.
Given them three chances, but giving up after they made us all sick. 🤢

Didn't rate the food due to not receiving food. The first time I ate here a few years ago this place was fairly decent. Today the people workers were annoyed they had to work, so I left. Worst restaurant by far. No intentions of returning.

Burgers King on Military Highway was not serving people. The one on Battlefield only has 4 people working. Long lines. No, i didn't get my food.

And I thought that McDonald’s company was bad. The only person who was pretty good in helping me in this situation was the manager of that shift. The employee had an attitude and then also wanted to make comments about how much food we ordered, which is none of your business you’re gonna get paid either way our order was messed up several times the establishment was disgusting. Eventually I just asked for a refund. The manager that shift helped me try to get it back through customer support because I had an online order. It sent me through an email. That automated Jessica person or whatever didn’t help at all. She or it asked for me for more details about what was wrong and why I wanted a . So I gave her more details and then after that, she never responded back. I have tried emailing her since then. I didn’t even get a confirmation about getting a refund. I tried calling the store for corporate’s number and they didn’t give me corporate’s number because they asked if I went through customer support. Obviously, I said yes because I did go through customer support, but never got a confirmation about getting a refund. We spent a lot of money for messed up food and I want my $60 back. I hope y’all feel okay with stealing money from a a pregnant mom of three.
Extremely rude employee, and food was terrible. She was constantly complaining about there only being 2 staff members. We originally ordered through the app to pick up in the drive thru. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, she told us through the speaker to come inside, because her cook couldn't take any orders through the drive thru. I said that we already ordered through the app, and she said it didn't matter, we needed to come inside. We then waited in line inside for another 10 minutes. The restaurant was extremely hot; seemed as if the A/C wasn't working. She was then rude again about taking our order. After waiting another 8 minutes, we finally received our order. After getting home, we realized that 3 out of the 5 items that we ordered were incorrect.
I did contact the corporate office online, but they would not give a partial refund for the incorrect items. They would only offer a gift card. This is useless, since there is no way we will be back.
The restaurant is very dirty, and obviously understaffed, creating a miserable environment for the few employees that show up.

Got food poisoning 7/18/25, sweating, headache, and vomited for 2 straight hours after eating here. This was the first time eating at a Burger King in four years and really wish I went somewhere else. This location is in such bad condition it needs to be demolished. The lady running the register was nice, but thats the only good thing I can say.

I kid you not after waiting 20mins for our food we headed home and I bit into my Whopper only to realize it was missing the burger patty! Seriously? This was our first time back to Burger King in over a year and now I remember why we stopped going.

I just remembered why I don't ever go into a burger king anymore. Decided to go in this time, and they had a worker sitting at the door smoking a cigarette, and the smoke was coming back into the building, making it smell inside, which is completely unprofessional! The food was not very good and was room temperature when eating it. The only good thing about it was the drink.. which was a shame.. the nuggets in the kids meal look like someone stepped on them and smashed them. Gross!! Gonna post pics as well.. I most likely will never go back to that location again until they change and start acting like a decent fast food restaurant... Smh!
