Ordered Swiss Mushroom burger. It was cold, tasteless and had lots of gristle. Will not be returning.

We waited 10 mins after the drive thru guy said "just a second" and finally told him our mobile order number...then waited an additional 10 mins bx BK has a silly process where they don't cook until you pull up to the drive thru. We saw like 5 people give up and leave in this amount of time. The bathroom here is always dirty and the workers smell like weed and we've seen at least one hot boxing in his car on break. Then 30 mins after we placed our order we got our food and they left out a burger and the large fry was a medium. The lobby is always closed the last 3 or 5 visits - lunch or dinnertime. So to get our burger and fry fixed we had to go back to the drive thru adding an additional 10 mins bc now 2 people were ahead of us. This is just the most recent experience today. It is always something every time and we never take less than 30 mins to get our food here. And no the fries and onion rings weren't even fresh, there was no reason for such a long wait. When we first pulled up we had one person ahead of us. $12/person for a family of 5 this is ridiculous. It is 8pm we are just now having dinner in the car. I ordered at 7:08 and pulled up at 7:13.

Avoid this place. Employees don't care about work. They're too busy goofing off and talking to each other. Service takes forever. Food is terrible. If you deliver for doordash like me decline any order from here because you'll be waiting forever

Slowest service, worst employees. I was literally only the customer in the drive-through and the store with a mobile order, and I waited 15 minutes for my foof for it to be wrong and dead cold.

I recently tried the Impossible Whopper, and it exceeded my expectations! As a curious eater, I found it to be incredibly delicious, with a taste about 85% similar to the classic Whopper. The flavors are rich, and it even has that flame-grilled essence you crave, making it better than typical veggie burgers. Additionally, the service was fast and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. I highly recommend the Impossible Whopper as a flavorful plant-based alternative!

Went in tonight. There were only 2 people running the store. Our food was perfect. The young man an woman working were pleasant and amazing. They need raises. I was extremely impressed by how professional they were. The store was clean and organized. Kudos to these incredible employees!!

Sat in drivethru for 20 minutes to order with one car in front of me, finally ordered. They were out of buns for the original chicken sandwich. Paid for my food just for them to tell me to pull up. Been sitting here 10 more minutes and still no food.. never ever ever ever ever ever ever coming to this location again.
Foods good but the young guy on the window seams like it's an inconvenience to take your order.

The floor was a little sticky and not wet even though the signs clearly said âCAUTIONâŠWet Floor.â Another negative was that the TV was not on. When I am in a restaurant one thing I always look for is if they have a TV and if it is on. TVâs are very important for entertainment purposes. The TV was invented in September, 1927 by John Logie Baird and in this new modern world, I would expect for there to be a tv everywhere nevertheless have the TV be on. In addition to that, this Burger King had very fancy gold plated fans with black blades. Ceiling fans were invented in 1882 by Philip Diehl.

The cashier server person was very kind and we got our food in less five minutes.

The trash cans were really cool and you push them and then you can throw stuff away. This Burger King included a good selection of trash cans all over the restaurant.
On to the foodâŠ
For food, we ordered some burgers, some chicken sandwiches, some chicken nuggets and a variety of different fries. These fries included chicken fries, fiery chicken fries, mozzarella fries, a few orders of regular fries and some churro fries. Fries were invented in the late 18th century and became popular in the 19th century in Western Europe. The regular fries at this Burger King lacked any salt and could not be eaten without ketchup. Thank god for that ketchup or else I would not have been able to eat any fries. I do not know if that issue was specific to that Burger King or if Burger King just has bad fries in general. The chicken fries and mozzarella fries were both very good. The churro fries were by far my favorite and I would go back and get those anytime.
Moving on to the burgerâŠ
The burger tasted a little burnt and the ketchup to mayo ratio was off with a little too much mayo but overall pretty good. The chicken sandwich couldâve been better and the chicken nuggets were okay.
