I don’t understand why this one has such low reviews. I’ve come here more than a few times. It’s pretty good. Whoever is working tonight deserves a raise. Had my food to me before I even filled my drink. Now that’s service! It was fresh and tasty too.

I’d rate less than 1 star if possible.
After pulling up to the drive thru menu board waiting to place an order, a Burger King employee says “be widt ya”. I waited about 3-4 minutes however no one responded to take my order. Thinking maybe the intercom system was malfunctioning, I parked and went inside to order. One female employee was leaning on the counter on her phone and two other employees were joking around in the back. I stood there for waiting to place my order for 5 mins and not one of the employees acknowledged me nor took my order.
It’s not like they were busy because other than one gentleman sitting in the lobby eating, I was the only customer.
I promise I will never, ever spend my money at that establishment

Its fine for a burger king. Like any fast food, check your bag before you leave. I had to go back in to get 2 missing items. But the service was polite and food was good.

Just go somewhere else. I did a mobile order. Waited 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. Pulled up to the speaker and first words I hear are it’s going to be a while. Okay so a few minutes go by and then someone comes on and asks me what I’d like to order. Again I say I have a mobile order. Okay pull up to the window they say. At this point I have somewhere to be. The milkshake I ordered is the wrong flavor, whatever we need to go. Get our bag and go. Get to the next stop light and find out from my son that none of the items I requested to be taken off of his burger were removed. At this point this place just needs to be avoided.

The drive thru line was really long, so I went inside. I was told the inside is closed. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, three customers got tired of waiting and left the line, making me next. When it was my turn to place my order, I was informed that only one employee was working and it would be a long time. In my opinion, they should have just closed the restaurant.

It's not rocket science! I order an original chicken sandwich meal (medium). I asked no lettuce, add cheese and pickles. Just because I asked for mayo, it doesn't mean I want my sandwich drowning in it. Then, it still had lettuce and no pickles. Not to mention, the entire meal was stone cold. I thought McDonald's was bad, but BK definitely got them beat.

Went through the drive just now and was told after I spent 13 bucks for 1 meal that they didn't have any ranch dressing for the papers I paid for and I not given a chance to cancel them. Unprofessional at its finest.

Literally the worst burger king I have ever been to in my life. I was the only one in the line and still had to wait a total of 30 min for a burger
Every worker in there looked very unkept and had the worst customer service. They were in there just hanging out. Do better

Average Burger King food, but not worth the hassle. The service here is terrible. Workers are on their phones having conversations with explicit language while there is an unmoving drive thru lane and multiple people inside waiting to place orders. The one worker who was supposed to be working the register was the one on the phone. Meanwhile, she tells another employee that she is supposed to tell us to use the touch screen kiosks to place orders. Well one of the two kiosks doesn't even work properly, so you still have to wait in line for the one that does work, but doesn't properly print receipts. I was waiting for half an hour for two cheeseburgers, 8 pc nuggets, and a large fry. Why?

They unlocked the door and took one persons order i was picking up an Uber eats order. I had to cancel the Uber Eats order because they closed the dining room doors at 8:30. When you're supposed to pick up in the dining room every time I've gone through drive through. They tell me to go pick up inside.

I enjoy this Burger King. Staff is nice and very welcoming there. Great fresh food and bathrooms and store clean.

Went to this location around 6:30 on 9/24 and it is GROSS. My feet stuck to the floors and my hand stuck to the chair because they were so dirty. The staff was terrible- made my order wrong TWICE and then treated me like an annoyance. Their drink machine didn't have any ice and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience when I needed help. The girl with long braids kept coming from behind the counter and literally voguing/ dancing back and forth like someone was filming. The guy (manager I think?) VAPED from the side of the counter too. Not sure if this is just night staff that doesn't care, but it was BAD- like all they wanted to do was chill/ hang and they didn't care about the customers.

P.s. only 2 parties of 2 inside the whole hour I was there. (It's not like they were busy.)
