Very horrible customer service ...i came in and greated two employees that where sitting down and they acted like they where mad a customer came in and they had to get up then on top of that all my food was cold i didnt even go take it back i threw it all in the trash ..yall need customers for your paychecks think about that .....

Only 3 stars because they don't always get the order right like today when I asked for ONE chocolate shake and the guy tried to charge me for two...no thanks bud.

Worst customer service ever went through the drive thru and ordered 2 separate orders a cheeseburger meal for $3.49 and the 2nd order for 2 10 piece nuggets that are posted at $1.49 but was told the price bad changed my total for that one was $3.77 the employees didn't give me a receipt and gave me hassle on using a $50 bill to pay for the first order. We called to get inform them that the order was wrong they proceeded to yell at us on the phone and hang up on us we called corporate and they were helpful this store needs some serious overhauling and management team need to be fired and a new staff needs to be brought in this is the worst store I have ever been to they are rude and will not take anything saying they messed up. Like they never mess up this is the closest Burger King to me and I really enjoy Burger Kings food once in a while but I will be driving a further distance to go to another Burger King in the future. Big warning DON'T GO TO THIS BURGER KING EVER

It's a comfortable family friendly place for the community. All the workers really connect with customers while providing high quality food. I would definitely recommend whether you want to dine in or eat out.

The top bun on my Whopper with Cheese $4.39 was severely burnt. Staff must have seen it when they put mayo, lettuce & onion on it. I took a bite and it was awful. I feel like owners need to pay their employees as and if they valve their worth. And/or incentive programs that effect their pocket. This employee sent that burger out with the knowledge of it's quality. Possible because of time restraints. Either way they didn't care.
