I did and online order through the app and asked for a whopper w cheese they charger me for it but there was no cheese on my whopper and when I tried to call it went to a damn fax machine. This was unprofessional a waste of my time and money.

The food is good, but their allergy alert sign is by the drink station, rather than at the register, so you don't see it until after you've ordered and they have started on your food. They should have it at the registers.

They were clearly training new employees at both food prep and the register which is no problem. The manager didn't like how my burger was wrapped so he had the trainee unwrap it then rewrap it . I was then given the wrong sandwich and fries rather than onion rings which happens. The manager then had the wrong burger taken from my bag in my hands and put in someone else's burger. He then asked if the right burger was on the warmer and then had the trainee unwrap it and rewrap it a 3rd time to make sure. The food was good. Burger King is usually consistent anywhere you go. Odd management style for me handling it 3 times. Probably just training scars. I'd go back. Just an odd experience
Ms. Brittany at the first window has the best customer service I’ve seen in a LONG time!! It had been a long time since I been there and had no idea what to get. She came on the speaker SO pleasant and she changed my order THREE times without change of tone. Brittany was eager to help and very informative when I asked her to break down the deals for the day!!! Please move her up with the company…She knows how to deal with people.

I love this burger king . They are super clean and great service 👏 I love burger king better than any other fast food spot bc of the chargrilled burgers 🍔 Nothing beats a whopper.I wish their 🍟 fries was more like mcdonalds fries but u can't have everything I guess 😋
