Everything it's good except the location and the drive thru concrete barriers... they're not designed for today's bigger wider vehicles... sometimes its a hassle to enter the drive thru due to the location's traffic..

Simple issue could have been fixed easy. I ordered a plain dbl cheeseburger and a small Coke, “I do not want the meal , no fries”. I don’t eat fries so I never order a meal. I pay for it, wait a long 15 min, finally get a bag but no drink. Wait again to at least be noticed , ask for my drink…”you din order no drink “… “ it’s not on here” then the the girl that took the order tells me she “thought” I wanted fries and she never heard me say Coke. I’m thinking OMG “it’s windy, you may not have heard me correctly “ they still argued about it. I left. WHY can’t these semi-adults just say I’m sorry we misunderstood and make the damn Coke, I will Gladly pay whatever difference there might be. ???? So Simple but in 2025 this generation of employees do not give a crap about repeat business or reputation of the business that pays their salary. They just abuse the system and the people that help them keep a job . I hope they all experience the same type of BS customer experience to remind them exactly what it’s like to deal with their own attitudes. Or eventually get fired for stupidity.

I had a great experience at this Burger King today and wanted to share! The crew was super friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and my order was 100% accurate—no mistakes at all. Even with the service being quick I didn't feel rushed. It’s always nice to come somewhere that values good customer service. When I'm in the mood for a whopper again I’ll definitely be back! Great service goes a long way!

Service was accommodating,food really hot,and great! The food had a lot of flavor. Even though they were busy, customers were ok with it. I had coupons,that made it more affordable. Ordered for my whole family. Whoppers fries,and drinks. Makes me want to go back today. 😊

I've not eaten fast food burger 🍔 in out size yrs however this was a very good one it was hot and made to order it was to much for me to eat but I did enjoy having it
I did and online order through the app and asked for a whopper w cheese they charger me for it but there was no cheese on my whopper and when I tried to call it went to a damn fax machine. This was unprofessional a waste of my time and money.
